GBI was established in the fall of 2011 in Washington, D.C. to meet the growing need to equip today's leaders with knowledge and perspective on international issues. GBI's main mission is to advance awareness and proficiency in global affairs, and to promote international exchanges through educational and cultural research, global energy dialogue, publications, and professional fellowship programs. Participants will engage in rich dialogue with prominent policymakers, influential figures, and each other to create a shared learning experience.
