Alex Walus

Alex Walus, P. Geo. obtained master degree from University of Wroclaw, Poland which is one of the top 4% universities in the world and it is top ranked in Poland. He has over 30 years of experience in the mineral industry, active in USA, China, Poland, Mexico and Canada, working in the international sector with major mining companies. Alex's STRONG POINTS is persistence and ability to successfully run exploration programs on a very tight budget. He is a well-known as a Canadian economic geologist with experiences on a wide variety of commodities such as precious metal and base metals , including gold, silver, platinum, nickel, copper, iron, coal, Jade and industrial mineral deposits. Since 1989 Alex has led many mining exploration projects in BC as a Senior Geologist and Chief Geologist, and has successfully discovered and found numerous mineralized zones of which the following twelve discoveries were subsequently drilled successfully with high grade mineralized zones; and all zones were located in BC. Alex is also an excellent team leader, as an exploration manager, he led a large-scale drilling program in Labrador, which identified a huge iron flint iron deposit containing more than 7 billion tons of iron based on 114 drill holes. Bob Hart

Bob Hart has more than 30 years' experience in environmental assessment and management. As a Project Assessment Manager with the BC Environmental Assessment Office Bob was involved in a number of mine and energy projects which triggered review under BC's Environmental Assessment Act, including green energy projects both run-of-river and wind power, and associated linear developments. He coordinated federal, provincial, local government and First Nation participation in reviews, and was responsible for public and First Nation consultation. Reviews considered potential effects and proposed mitigation for water and air quality, fish, wildlife and vegetation, socio-economics, heritage and First Nations interests. Prior to Bob's association with the EAO, he coordinated BC Ministry of Environment's technical input into mining proposals, and reclamation/remediation and closure plans, integrating and presenting the ministry's position over a diverse range of disciplines including fish and wildlife, air and water quality, surface and ground water hydrology, geochemistry (acid rock drainage), waste management and site reclamation/remediation.

Mr. David Li

Mr. Li has over 20 years of international financial management and capital market experience. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer of Benchmark Botanic Inc., Vice President Asia Pacific of Alderon Iron Ore Corp. ,Interim Chief Financial Officer of Eastern Platinum Limited, Chief Financial Officer of Minco Gold Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of Minco Silver Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of Minco Base Metals and Chief Financial Officer of Selwyn Chihong Mining Ltd. In those positions, he managed accounting and finance activities, strategic corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and project financing for various projectsin Canada and China. Previously, he was the Asia Finance Controller for Eclipse Inc. (now Honeywell) in China and Director of Strategic Planning for Trina Solar Ltd., a NYSE listed public company. He also held various managerial roles in Bunge Ltd., a NYSE listed company in New Yorkand Cargill Investment (China) Ltd. in Beijing. Mr. Li holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, USA and an active CPA License in Canada and Illinois, USA.

Taylor Wu obtained master degree and Ph.D. from Harbin Institute of Technology in China and Tohoku University in Japan respectively. He was the only foreign senior Engineer and technical division chief of Minolta in Japan. Dr. Wu came to Canada in 1999 as an immigrant. He had been a researcher for many years at National Research Council Canada. Since 2003, Dr. Wu has been engaged in the mining investment and the development of energy projects in Canada. He was general manager at Canadian Dehua International Mines Group Inc., and founder of Unicorn International Mines Group Inc. as the president & CEO. His clients included the major mining and energy companies in Canada, Australia, etc. such as Rio Tinto. Dr. Wu has build up a very good relationship with famous geologists, accounting firms, law firms, port authorities and terminals, CN Railway, governments, and communities. He understands the policies in mining sectors such as Mines Act, Mining Environmental Laws & Regulations, Coal Act, Land Use Policy, Tax, Canada Rules and Regulations and is very familiar with the operation of mining investment and development. Dr. Wu is a very successful businessman in mining and energy industries. Dr. Wu is still the founder and president of Golden River Resource Inc. which owns 3 coal mines in BC. One of the major companies in China is considering to invest the Princeton Coal Project, which with large amount of coal resource. In 2012, Dr. Wu founded Goldenkey Group, an investment company consisting of a group of professionals and successful business people in mining and energy industries. He is the president and CEO.
