Debbie Taylor - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Financial Officer
Debbie is the Chief Financial Officer for the Thameswey group. Debbie has been working in the commercial service sector for over 20 years. Debbie qualified as an accountant in 2006, and has since completed a Post Graduate Degree in Leadership at Worcester University. Debbie is responsible for the financial performance within Thameswey Group and ensuring accurate robust financial reporting is managed for both corporate compliance and business support.

Ian Lelliott

Job Titles:
  • Head of Assets
Ian is the Head of Assets for the ThamesWey Group. He has been working in the housing and asset management industry for over 30 years. Ian progressed from a trade background through to a BSc (Hons) Building Surveyor with a specialised qualification in dampness and timber decay. He holds a level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management and recently qualified through ALRA in Lettings and Property Management. His knowledge and experience has been gained through a variety of roles including Building Surveying, Project Management, Asset Management and running the local authority Direct Labour Organisation. Ian is responsible for the expansion of the ThamesWey Housing portfolio, with a focus on delivering functions of a modern and responsive landlord, and providing a range of quality housing options to support our local communities.

Jerry Sims

Job Titles:
  • Head of Construction
Jerry brings 40 years' of experience working for large private sector construction companies to a new role within ThamesWey as Head of Construction, his previous roles included working as Project Manager and Design Manager on multi million pound projects all across the south of England. He has a broad knowledge of construction with particular emphasis on technically challenging town centre builds, he has worked with a cross section of end users including residential, commercial, and health probably the most challenging being project managing a complex build delivering one of the first 'Hybrid' Theatres in Europe. His new role will bring this expertise to a range of diverse projects from inception to completion in the local area.

Mark Goodwill - Chief Compliance Officer

Mark has been the General Manager of ThamesWey Maintenance Services Ltd since 2015 and has recently taken up the role as Head of Compliance for the group, Mark comes from a military background having spent seventeen years serving his country. Mark brings strong financial, contractor and contract management experience to the role. Marks Previous roles include Contract Management for M&E services across London, Site Maintenance Manager for a prestigious Japanese bank in St Pauls, London and Technical Services Manager at the University of Reading. Marks focus is on delivering hard and soft services and H&S compliance in support of the business activities for the ThamesWey Group.

Mark Rolt - CEO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Executive Officer
Mark is the Chief Executive Officer for the ThamesWey Group having previously been a non-executive Director of most of the group companies. Mark has an undergraduate honours degree in Biological Sciences (Birmingham), a post-graduate diploma in Environmental Health (Middlesex) and a Masters in Business Administration (Kingston). Mark is responsible for the whole group activity and staff but has a specific focus on the commercial expansion of the group and environmentally sustainable residential development.
