My strengths are in finance and related subjects, and people skills, having managed large and small teams over my years in industry. I'm a keen gardener and animal lover, and enjoy walking my three dogs. I'm keen to utilise the skills I have further, to help the development of the school federation.

After qualifying in Law and French (LLB Hons) from Dundee University, I realised that wasn't the route my life should take. I decided to study for my PGCE in the West Midlands and have never regretted the move into teaching, or into this part of the country. I have been very fortunate to be part of three wonderful and varied schools across two different local authorities before joining Tibberton and St Lawrence in January 2021. I believe that all children have a special contribution they can make not only to our schools but to our world. I am passionate about improving opportunities for each and every member of the school communities I serve, and it is an honour to work with a group of such dedicated and professional people in fulfilling this aim.
