Daniel focuses on investment opportunities in the Services and Technology sectors. He has worked on a number of transactions including English First Kids & Teens, Magento, Pepperjam, and Tricor.
Prior to joining Permira, Daniel worked for Serent Capital for two years, investing in middle-market growth businesses. Before that, he spent two years with Barclays Capital's investment banking division covering the Technology sector.

David joined Topcast as a Sales Manager in 2003 and he was promoted to Managing Director of China in 2020.
David is an outstanding leader. After his university graduation, David worked for a designing institute for around 10 years. He moved to Hong Kong Swire Engineering afterwards and absorb aviation knowledges there for some years, and he began his journey at Topcast.

Joanne joined Topcast as CFO in February 2024.
Joanne is a strategic and value-driven executive with broad functional experience across finance, strategy, transformation and operations. Her global work experience spans across Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States.
Prior to joining Topcast, Joanne was the Deputy CFO at Animoca Brands, a web3 and digital assets company headquartered in Hong Kong. Before that, she was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Gerson Lehrman Group, an expert insight network for professional learning and decision making, where she oversaw its APAC and EMEA businesses. Joanne began her career as a management consultant in New York before returning to Hong Kong where she worked in strategy and operations at the Kowloon Motor Bus Company, the city's largest public bus operator.
Qualifications
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Transportation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and was a recipient of the MIT Presidential Fellowship.

Kasper joined Topcast in January 2021 as Head of Business Development and has been appointed as Managing Director Global Business Development & General Manager US Operations in January 2023.
Kasper has aviation at his backbone, initially as captain on the ATR and B737 versions.
Prior to joining Topcast, Kasper has worked as commercial pilot and certified auditor with an array of European airlines, Drone and eVtol consultant in the Danish drone/robot cluster and as Director of Business Development and Customer Solutions with Satair.

Kasper holds a Master of Science Degree in International Business Management from University of Southern Denmark/Copenhagen Business School, a Commercial ATPL Pilot License from SAS flight School, Denmark, and a Diploma in Finance from Niels Brock, Copenhagen.

Lorcan Law joined Topcast as Director of New Product Introduction and Corporate Strategy in January 2022. He has been appointed as Director, Sales APEC in February 2023.
Lorcan Law is a seasoned aviation veteran with more than 20 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining Topcast, Lorcan Law worked as the Head of Supplier Relationship Management at HAECO ITM.
Before joining HAECO, Lorcan Law worked with Cathay Pacific Airways. He also gained his experience with increasing responsibilities in various multinational Aerospace OEMs at their facilities across Europe and the UK including Airbus, Safran and GE.

Lorcan has achieved his Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.

Luis joined Topcast as Managing Director in 2012 and is responsible for Sales in the Americas.
Luis is an experienced leader with over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace and Power Generation Industries.
Prior to joining Topcast, Luis worked as a Business Development Director for McKechnie Aerospace and Satair.
Before joining McKechnie Aerospace, Luis Worked at Teleflex, spearheading the expansion for Joint Ventures in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe. He gained his first experience with a top leader in the Manufacture Industry Howmet, an Alcoa Company.

Luis possesses professional certifications including Metallurgist Certificate issued by Material Engineering institute ASM, Atomic Spectroscopy from Perkin Elmer Tech. Center, Six Sigma, Synchronous Manufacture, Phoenix Program for Maximum Achievement, Effective Leadership from LMI in Waco Texas, BBA in Management and completed courses in Chemistry from UPRAG in Puerto Rico. Luis serves as an HOA Board Member President for a non-profit corporation for over 300 residents.

In January 2024, Noel began working for Topcast as the Global Head of Human Resources. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources from various regions, including 6 years in business aviation.
She was the Human Resources Director for Sino Jet Management Limited (Hong Kong, China, Macau, and Singapore) before joining Topcast. Noel has worked as a human resources director for fifteen years in a variety of industries across North Asia Pacific, which includes, but is not limited to, Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, and so forth. She has also held positions in the fast-fashion, luxury retail, property, and business aviation sectors.
Qualification
Noel has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from The University of Hong Kong and a Master of Organization Development, Learning & Development (Merit) from Middlesex University of London. She received recognition as one of Hong Kong's Top 50 Innovative Leaders in 2017. In 2020, she also received awards for Human Resources Director of the Year and Human Resources Rising Team.

Orson joined Topcast in April 2020. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for deriving, planning, and driving product and service growth plans, transformation initiatives and enterprise digital strategies to drive top-line growth and operational improvements.
Orson Lo is an experienced executive with proven track record of transforming business operations and growing bottom-line across various market verticals.
Prior to joining Topcast, Orson was a Managing Director at a boutique PE firm managing portfolio companies based in China and Europe with aggregated assets over $1.5 billion USD. He completed IPO of one portfolio company on the HKEx Main Board and was in the process of taking another portfolio company public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Orson is an engineer by training and started his career in the semiconductor industry with Applied Materials. He also spent a few years at McKinsey & Company. After that, he spent many years further strengthening his general management skills by holding positions in corporate strategy, operations and product line management, as well as being an investment professional.

Rohit joined Topcast in 2007. And he has been appointed as Sales Director of EMEA at in 2020.
Rohit is a sophisticated sales leader known for developing strategies that led to market share and profitability gains. Rohit's Engineering background and market knowledge is founded on a 19-year career, including 17 years in sales, purchase, and marketing.
Rohit has been grown in the aviation industry going through various transitions and challenges, reaching the heights of management from a general sales executive.

Shashank joined TOPCAST as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2024.
Shashank has been in Sales related leadership roles for more than 25 years and he held commercial management positions at companies like Honeywell in Singapore and Malaysia, Rolls Royce in India, ADAT in the UAE, Bombardier in India and recently Vestas in India.
He focused on all commercially relevant topics incl. selling aircraft and components, managing rotable programs, contracts, forecasting, pricing, aftermarket and distribution, product line management, managing long-term projects, managing operations and change management.

Shashank holds a BA in Economics from the Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
