Fiona Macpherson

Fiona runs a successful Virtual Assistance business providing operational support to consultancy businesses within the UK including UP2 Ltd. Along with her team she provides a wide range of services including PA, Office Management and Recruitment delivered remotely. Prior to setting up her business in 2009 she worked for a number of organisations. Previous roles include working as a Major Contract Recruitment Consultant (G.E. Capital and NatWest/RBS) for Adecco, a Business Manager for Angel Human Resources Plc and a Senior Service Administrator for NCR (Natwest Account).

Imogen Dillon Hatcher

Imogen Dillon Hatcher serves as the President of Platts, having previously held the same position with S&P Capital IQ. A McGraw Hill Financial business, S&P Capital IQ is a leading provider of multi-asset class and real time data, research and analytics to institutional investors, investment and commercial banks, investment advisors and wealth managers, corporations and universities around the world. Imogen initially joined S&P Capital IQ in April 2014 in the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer with responsibility for leading their global sales, client services, marketing and research network activities. Before joining the company Imogen was with FTSE Group, the index provider, for 10 years. In 2010, when FTSE was acquired by the London Stock Exchange Group, she became Executive Director of the Information Services businesses, running global sales for the index, real time, software and reference data teams. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of European Sales and Marketing at Informa Global Markets Ltd. She has also held senior posts in other leading data vendor companies, including Financial Times Information, Extel Financial Ltd and Reuters PLC. Imogen holds a bachelor's degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Exeter.

Jane Routledge

Jane Routledge leads the marketing function for Seven Investment Management, 7IM LLP. She has been with 7IM since November 2011 and has been a key part of the team that has developed the marketing function for this growing investment management house over the last few years. Jane was Head of Communications for Hermes Fund Managers (2007 - 2010) where she also created the marketing infrastructure and directed the brand creation and alignment across a complex multi boutique organisation. Jane also led the cross functional matrix programme of internal engagement to develop and socialise the brand promise. Previously Jane has held senior roles at Invesco Perpetual and Schroders. She also has a wide portfolio of pro-bono work. In particular, Jane supports Coram - the children's charity. She has served on their adoption panel as well as on the panel of one of their partner organisations for a number of years and lends a knowledgeable and experienced voice to their adoption and fund raising events on occasion. Jane holds an MA in Modern Languages from Cambridge University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck University.

Julie Fawcett

Julie is the CEO of UP2 Limited. She is an experienced CEO, Coach and Non-Executive Board Director with a track record of delivery in the banking, insurance, charity, education and healthcare sectors in the UK, US and Asia. Julie has had a varied commercial career and previous roles have included Global People and Communications Director with FTSE, HR Strategy and Change Director at Aon and Founding Director of egg.com, the world's first internet bank.

Mike Harris

Mike Harris was the creator of Firstdirect, the world's first 24/7 telephone bank- which launched in 1989. Firstdirect is famous for delivering consistently outstanding customer service. 10 years later Mike launched internet bank Egg which he took from concept to a £1bn public company within 3 years. In between he was Chief Executive of Mercury Communications and Chairman of mobile phone company One to One. Mike was a regular speaker at the mid career MBA course at MIT from 1996 to 2008 and was Chairman of the Innovation Board at Royal Bank of Scotland from 2005 until March 2009, where he supervised the establishment of a group wide innovation programme. During this time he was also a founding investor and Chairman of digital identity company Garlik until its sale to Experian in December 2011. In 2012 he co-founded Monument Partners, a boutique consultancy, focused on investment opportunities in Africa and South America.

Roger Ward - Chief Strategy Officer

Roger Ward is a strategy director with global commercial and strategy development expertise across multiple sectors. He has rich experience of leading complex strategic programmes involving solving difficult business problems and supporting transactions in global environments. Roger has had an interesting and varied career:- He was a programme director at the World Gold Council (2011 - 2014) responsible for the development of programmes to help create and sustain the demand for gold in the global market - such as the development for kilo bar trading in Singapore.
