At Vitality Resort, we are a dedicated team who specializes in the lifelong care of both the elderly and disabled by providing a variety of care plans to help them regain and maintain independence while residing in a peaceful, socially engaging environment... Our team of trained caregivers creates a customized plan of care for each resident who comes through our doors. With our extensive experience and number of services, we can tailor a program to meet the specific needs and challenges of each of our residents. Once created, our team makes sure that the evolving needs and/or requests of residents are addressed to update their customized plan of care and enhance each Vitality Resort experience.
