There are times when we all need a little help. We are primarily a voluntary organisation, serving the local community. Westmeria Counselling was established in 2003 to help people in need of support, with a particular emphasis on those suffering from depression. It is our aim to reverse the trend of reliance on anti-depressants... We are a longer term agency with an upper limit of 24 sessions after your initial appointment. We offer a unique service, requiring no set fee from our clients for counselling sessions provided. We do however, like to encourage clients to donate a little something towards their sessions - viewing this as a valuable commitment... Anyone who is finding life difficult and looking for help to gain an understanding as to why. Our aim is to help you manage your life.
