Brent Jeffree - Managing Director

Brent's rich knowledge is the coming together of his expertise in heritage listed commercial and retail buildings in the Sydney City and his strong reputation for defect coordination on new buildings. Using his specialist knowledge, Brent can assess and then strategies a successful blueprint for the management and maintenance of any use, size or aged building. With a Degree and Postgraduate in Business Management from the University of Technology Sydney, Brent inspires excellence in his team and can often be found on site assisting building management directly, attesting to his accessible and hands on management style. John Bugeja

John is a Carpenter by trade with 4+ years as a Building Manager. His approach is very hands on giving him a detailed knowledge of his building, tenants, owners and contractors. With an appreciation for well-built things, John spends his spare time tinkering on his collectable cars including VW Beetles and Combi vans. He carries this into his management practice with his analytical approach to problem solving and appreciating the smaller parts make a much bigger whole, creating a harmonious atmosphere with a can-do attitude. John runs a tight ship and prides himself on his "open door" policy making himself available for advice and his all-rounder knowledge.

Sheila Tolentino

With an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Vision Building Management Group's company finances, Sheila prepares financial statements, budget reports, forecasts, cost analysis reports, payroll, profit or loss statements and makes certain the financial books are prepared and accurately documented. With a reputation of exceeding expectations, Sheila enjoys analysing budgets and recommending spending or cost cuts for an overall improved financial outcome.

Steve Dampf

As a registered plumber and skilled tradesman, Steve is wholly suited to the building management industry. With 10+ years' experience as a commercial building manager, Steve has managed some significant buildings in Sydney - including for 8+ years the Heritage listed Trades Hall in Haymarket in Sydney. With his tradesman background Steve understands the terminology when engaging contractors for repairs and has a unique skill of translating for the stakeholders.
