With 30 years of construction industry experience, John's diverse background includes multi-story office buildings, medical office, financial, hospitality, warehouse, educational, restaurants and retail facilities. John excels at handling multiple-phased projects; keeping them on schedule and within budget, often resulting in owner savings. As Estimating Manager, John is responsible for conceptual estimating, project estimating, value engineering and system analysis.
