Alina is a registered Psychologist who has completed a Masters of Professional Psychology and has experience working in private practices, corporate, and school settings. Alina works with adolescents and adults in areas that include; anxiety and mood disorders, panic disorder and phobias, resilience and self-esteem, OCD, stress management, work and study issues, anger management and assertiveness skills, as well as career counselling. Alina provides a supportive and caring environment, using a treatment approach that is focused on working collaboratively with her clients to meet their individual needs. Alina draws on elements from evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Brief Solution Focused Therapy. Alina is bilingual and provides services in English and Russian. Referrals can be arranged through GPs.

Dr Richard Waluk

Dr Richard Waluk is an experienced Medical Practioner and an Academician. He graduated as the best student of Warsaw university in 1971 and was awarded "Gold Esculapius - Primi Inter Pares" medal. He was awarded the highest State Prize of Poland in Medicine. At first he specialised in surgery and worked as a surgeon, both at Poland's Warsaw Medical University (Institute of Surgery) and at Preston & Northcote Community Hospital, as well as the Dandenong & District Hospital (now Monash Dandenong Hospital). Afterwards he was the Medical Director of Jewish Care, where he gained considerable experience in geriatrics and complex medical problems. Since 1990 he has also worked full time as a GP. He has been appointed an Independent Medical Examiner for his expertise in medico-legal matters and is known as an academician, having taught both, medical students and young doctors in Poland and Australia over the past 50 years.

Peter Willson

Peter Wilson is qualified and registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked in mental health, school education and university settings for over 20 years. Peter has considerable experience in mental health, disability, educational psychology and works with children, adolescents and adults. Some areas of particular interest include anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, PTSD and panic, learning and behavioural difficulties, sleep problems, autism spectrum, psychosis and addiction. Peter uses a number of intervention approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and other meditation focused approaches. Referral to Peter can be arranged through GP's, Psychiatrists and Paediatricians.

Trevor Givoni is a registered Clinical Psychologist with more than 25 years experience in his field. In that time he has worked in a range of settings which include clinical, educational and forensic. Trevor currently works as a school Psychologist within the state school sector and in counseles people of all ages at a Your Health Place clinic. Trevor is a member of the College of Clinical Psychologists and a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society. Trevor provides counselling, assessment and diagnosis of a range of conditions. He has particular interests and experience in anxiety, post-traumatic stress, OCD, autism spectrum, depression, sleep, pain disorders, early onset and chronic psychotic and related disorders. Trevor has also had considerable experience and expertise working with individuals, couples and families. From his experience and training he also works with many of the disorders of childhood and adolescence including developmental disorders, school attendance & behaviour, study skills, exam stress, social and educational problems and a range of other health related conditions including ADD and ADHD, and social media issues. Trevor works with all age groups from young children, adolescents and adults. Approaches employed include Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance & Commitment, Mindfulness and Brief Solution Focused therapy. These approaches have been established during research to be the most effective at producing measurable and useful and positive changes for the individual. He strives to assist clients to develop insight and understanding into the nature of their difficulties, empower them to collaboratively address concerns and assist the person to identify the most effective way to achieve positive and lasting change.
