Ali Foxwell

I am Ali Foxwell, I joined LAH Property Marketing in January 2022 as an Events and Lifestyle Manager, and now work as the Communications Executive too. Part of my role is to share all of the wonderful added value events and activities that LAH provides to their tenants, I am always really impressed with what I see, plus it gives me good ideas to use myself as an Events Manager! I enjoy working for LAH, they provide a good work life balance, which suits me really well as I have a three year old too! Outside of work I spend a lot of time with family and friends exploring the local area and finding fun activities to take part in.

Amy Betts

Job Titles:

I've been the Business Services Director for LAH since November 2016. Based at the Head Office in Croydon, I work with such an amazing team who help ensure the smooth running of the business and processes. I like to start the day off with some exercise either going to the gym or out for a run. I love to travel and experience new places when I can and before joining LAH Property Marketing, I took a year out to travel Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. I have also recently got back from the Maldives for my honeymoon which was paradise. I really enjoy working for LAH Property Marketing and with my fantastic colleagues. LAH Property Marketing has given me opportunities to develop my skills and experience, whilst giving a great work life balance.

Clair Cobb

I joined LAH in 2019, working for a few months in a building, before joining the London regional management team. Drawing on my HR consulting background, I managed major accounts across the portfolio. To support LAH as the company continues to grow, I joined the Recruitment department in 2022, applying my industry knowledge and insight to ensure LAH attract and place a diverse range of talent, that is right for the specific brand of each building. I love being part of our new reps journey with LAH - it is such a positive experience. In recent years I have developed a passion for growing roses and pottering in the garden - it is the simple things that give the most pleasure!

Gayner Wilkins

My journey with LAH Property Marketing began in 2018 and have since been promoted to Regional Manager, where my role is to promote and maintain the delivery of great service levels and relationships with my key stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of all my sites, whilst always having our receptionist's welfare at heart. I come with a wealth of experience and knowledge from a number of previous varied roles. Before joining LAH I was a Project Manager for Oracle Corp where I learnt many skills but mainly to survive in the corporate world, but much prefer the environment of a friendly family run business, where everyone is so approachable right up to the top. I am fortunate to be part of a great team where communication, teamwork and respect are in abundance, which are essential ingredients for good working relationships, and provide a great environment to work in. Outside of work I am very close to my family, love to socialise, be creative and really hope to travel more!

Harpreet Sandhu

I started my career with LAH in March 2022. After joining on an ad hoc basis, I was fortunate enough to begin working on a permanent basis as FOHR at Aquis House Reading. Since then, I have worked towards my recent promotion of Regional Assistant for the Southwest, whilst continuing with my FOHR role. I have worked for several years in the commercial property sector from receptionist to centre management roles. LAH have been a breath of fresh air and I adore their work ethic and what they stand for. The care, support and dedication they provide to each other, and their teams is incredible. I feel so fortunate to work for a company that really do make you feel seen and heard and I look forward to my future working for them, surrounded by such passionate, hardworking, kind hearted & wonderful people who really are willing to go above and beyond.

I was fortunate to join the LAH team in 2017, responsible for the North Region of the business. From the moment I started, I felt the passion and drive throughout the whole company. The people are very much at the heart of the business which I love, and I am grateful to work with so many wonderful and talented individuals. An early induction to the service industry naturally led to me studying Hospitality Management at University College Birmingham, where I had opportunities to work overseas in prestigious hotels. Excellence was demanded every day and I gained valuable knowledge and skills. My goals and aspirations changed and my love for travelling grew so I decided to see more of the world as a guest rather than an employee. I visited some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, made lifelong friends and even managed a Skydive over Lake Taupo in New Zealand.

Julie Parton

I'm a very busy Mum of four, Nonna to two and owner of dog Eddie. I have been with the company for 5 years and love being part of the growth in the North of the region. I have come from a performance background, worked with an amazing, diverse number of fascinating people from all walks of life. I have performed in some fantastic productions both on screen and stage as an actor and can still do a triple pirouette if required! I have been able to transfer key skills learned as a performer and director over to the corporate world. Commitment to the job, hard work, reading people, situations and always remaining creative, vital in the day-to-day work required for a Regional Manager.

Laura Hughes

I joined LAH in November 2021 as Regional Assistant, based in Birmingham. I am on hand to assist the Front of House teams and Building Managers with any of their needs. I have a BSc Combined Honours Degree in English Language and Psychology and 12 year's experience at a watch business as an Account Manager, providing service to most of the British high-street. During this period, I had a career break to travel South East Asia, something I had always wanted to do, with travel being a big passion of mine. I was drawn to LAH by the amazing people and flexible work/life balance that fits around my young toddler. I enjoy working for LAH as they always recognise and appreciate the hard work people put in, and the fact that LAH's ultimate goal is to create an enjoyable working environment for all. In my spare time I love going to music events and festivals (even though my family tell me I'm too old), and cooking foods from around the world for family and friends.

Lisa Beamer

Regional Cover Manager Lisa Beamer I joined LAH in September 2022 as Regional Cover manager for the North region working part time. In January 2023 this increased to full time which I was delighted about. In May 2023 we changed our job titles from Regional Cover managers to Site Cover managers to become our own Site cover department for all of LAH. The full team at LAH are all so lovely, I really couldn't believe that such nice people all in one place existed. I spent 28 years in the Health and Social Care sector with the last 26 years at the same workplace as a Registered Manager for a 36-bed short stay facility caring for people with dementia. Rota management is something I love to do and my role within LAH requires quite a lot of this. I was born in Manchester and still live in Manchester now. I have been married to Wayne for 10 years and together for 27 years, it took him a long time to propose. I love socialising with family and friends in my spare time.

Lisa Weller

I joined LAH in 2021 and love being part of the team. LAH gives me a great work/life balance. I have two sons Joshua who is nearly 4 & Joey who is 17 months and have been married to my husband, Sam for 6 years. My spare time is always spent with the boys we like to be out and about, exploring new places, creating memories, and having adventures. There is very rarely a quiet moment.

Site Cover Manager
 Lisa Woodward After taking a career break to bring up my family, I joined LAH in November 2020 as an ad hoc cover rep, which fitted in well with the demands of family and my freelance writing. I really enjoyed the variety and flexibility of cover work, and was delighted to then take a permanent front of house role which I combined with further cover on my free days. In September 2021 I then changed role and took up the position of Regional Cover Manager - it has been great to continue working with the South West team and develop our team of ad hoc cover staff. In my spare time, I am kept pretty busy as a taxi service for my two teenagers, when they allow me to clock off I enjoy walking, gardening, cooking and travelling.

Louise Hazelden - Founder

I started LAH Property Marketing back in 1987. I was working in the marketing suite of a London office building; the developer was pleased with the job I was doing supporting their letting agents and asked me to run the marketing suite in another building. As I couldn't be in two places at once, I employed someone to work on the second site and there you have it LAH Property Marketing was born! As the industry changed through the 90s, the majority of the buildings we worked on in our on-site-marketing capacity went multi-let and we started to be asked to stay on to run the reception function as the offices filled-up. LAH Property Marketing grew and grew offering Front of House, On-site Marketing and Community & Lifestyle Management across the UK. After 35 years, I continue to enjoy all my time at work and never tire of the challenges and rewards that working life brings. What's more, over the years I have been very privileged to work with some extraordinary people - without their support and loyalty LAH Property Marketing would not be where it is today. To all those colleagues current and past, I am very proud of my association with all of you.

Lynder Manassefi

 Lynder Manassefi I joined LAH in June 2021 as Regional Cover Manager for the North Region, working part-time, which gives me a great work-life balance. I spent 18 years as an Executive Assistant at Selfridges and House of Fraser Head Offices, followed by several years managing luxury residential properties in central London. I really love organising, so the role of RCM is perfect for me. The whole team at LAH is so supportive, warm and welcoming. I was born and raised on the Sussex Coast and moved up to London in my early 20's, but dream one day of getting an apartment over-looking the sea, along with a beach-hut for weekend escapes! I've been married to Sam, who is Lebanese, for 24 years and we have 4 children and 3 cats. I love travelling, Middle-Eastern culture and cuisine, interior design, reading and walking. My two eldest are at University and my two youngest spend most of their time ice-skating, so every weekend and a couple of evenings a week, you will find me rink-side whilst they practice their spins and jumps!

Matthew Hazelden - CHRO

I joined LAH initially on a consultancy basis in October 2019 to assess the site cover procedures for the business. Previously, I had managed large multi-site leisure facilities which gave me a detailed understanding of strategic people management and I have been extremely lucky and privileged to be able to use that experience in a greater capacity now, as HR Director for LAH. It has been a truly uplifting experience to witness and be a part of the highly collaborative working environment within LAH. LAH has invested heavily in their management teams to ensure our onsite representatives are listened to and supported. Our colleagues are encouraged to come forward with ideas to build our knowledge and expertise and to help us to deliver the exceptional customer service for which we strive. My drive and determination is to ensure these values shine through for our people and our customers at every key touch point for LAH. My work life balance is healthy and I have been happily married for 14 years, with two wonderful children, Yasmin (13) and Zachary (10). A keen golfer; my past profession has seen me compete in golf's Open Championship, I also enjoy walking in the peace and quiet of the British countryside with family and friends and on occasion with a set of golf clubs on my back!

Michelle Pretty

I joined LAH Property Marketing as a Front-of-house receptionist in 2013, when I became a mum, as I wanted a PT flexible job, after a fast-paced marketing career in publishing and recruitment advertising. The role was perfect and suited my lifestyle. My drive for a challenging and successful career never left, so I was delighted to be offered a management role a few years later, which then progressed to Regional Director. My role is fun, reactive, varied, and rewarding. I enjoy the interaction of working with different types of people in the commercial property sector, and am very proud of my amazing team who continue to inspire and motivate our FOH receptionists every day. Outside of work, I like to run, take the dogs for a walk and enjoy family adventures in our Landrover Defender and caravan, at weekends. I also love a glamorous night out with the girls, as well as traveling, and definitely, make the most out of life.

Mickala Hewlett

I joined LAH Property Marketing in March 2022 as the Office Administrator based at Head Office in Croydon. I was instantly given a warm welcome by all of the team, as a result I feel like I've been part of the LAH Family for years. Before joining LAH, I became a new mum to my now 17 month old who was born in January 2021 and have absolutely loved every minute since she made her appearance. Most of my free time now is spent on trips/days out with my daughter, swimming, picnics in the park, visiting farms and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Natalie Martin

I joined LAH in 2014 when I took a temporary 6 months contract as an Onsite Marketing Representative and I haven't looked back since! I have worked my way up in the company and am now the Regional Director of our fantastic teams in London and the South. I have a creative background in Illustration and have previously worked in fashion and for a small tech start up so am used to providing a high level of service tailored to individual client needs. LAH Property Marketing has always been a people focused company and I love seeing our investment in people continue to make a difference to buildings and bring them to life. Outside of work I love to travel and experience new cultures and my engagement at Machu Picchu and wedding in the Sri Lankan jungle have to top my favourite holiday memories. As a recent new mum my adventures are a little closer to home these days and my next trip will be to take our son camping in the woods or to a festival.

Natasha Jenner

I started my life with LAH Property Marketing in 2018, since then I have worked towards my recent promotion of Regional Manager for the Southwest. My background in events has aided my work with several multi-let property sites, managing our Front of House ladies. My role includes caring for their personal welfare, the day to day running of receptions and ensuring they offer the best customer service and added value to their sites. Working with a variety of people who all share excellent knowledge and skills, creates a good business relationship with colleagues, clients, and receptionists. I love the company culture of LAH, it's a family run business with passion and a can-do attitude. I'm fortunate to work within the management team, with incredible people that are dedicated to their roles. I'm very committed to my position; however, work/life balance is important to me. I enjoy walking, Pilates classes, DIY projects, socialising with friends and quality time with my family.

Nicolle Plaiche

With a background specialised in Customer Services, I joined LAH in 2019 as a member of the North Region and haven't looked back since. Managing a growing team of 34 across a wide region means no two days are ever the same. LAH is a support network of like-minded people who aren't in competition with one another, but are there to support and elevate each person to be the best they can be in their role. It's refreshing to feel so valued and supported in a workplace and I strive to reflect this in my management style with my team too. In days gone by I would have shared my adventures of travelling the globe; from caiman spotting in the Amazon to hiking the Hollywood hills, however, now when I'm not busy at work, I'm busy at home with 2 young children and an extensive house renovation to keep me occupied!

Rita Sousa

I have joined LAH quite recently and have been loving getting to know the team and how passionate and down to earth everyone is! Before LAH I have accumulated over 5 years of recruitment experience in variety of different environments, more recently I've started working as a freelance supporting start-ups on their Talent Strategy. In my spare time I enjoy writing, reading and travelling, last year I took my first ever solo trip to Greece and absolutely loved it - I definitely have a big bucket list to tick off. I also enjoy eating out and trying new foods, some of my favourites are sushi, Italian and Brazilian!

Sara Welsman

LAH has a real family feel and the work/life balance works perfectly for me being a mum of two, Ruby (10) and Nathan (6). I've been married to my husband, Phil, for 11 years and there's never a dull moment. In our spare time we love to go on adventures with the kids and explore new places.

Sarah Cusack

I originally joined LAH Property Marketing in 2017 managing a business centre in Croydon, honing my customer service skills and gaining an insight into Building Management and the property market. I'm now a regional Manager in London and the South and relish every day working with our Front-of-house teams to offer the very best in customer service and added value on all sites. I love the buzz of London, the contrast of leafy Kent and Sussex, and the variation in buildings and tenants. I feel we have an edge in service, by really listening to the building to help tenant retention and exceed landlord expectations; offering the best in added value incentives, that are sympathetic to the tenant and building vibe and location. The aim is to get people back to the office, being the best we can be and representing the client and landlord. Married with two daughters, I love skiing, dog-walking, films and festivals. Part-time Oktoberfest Hostess and founder member of the Wonky Vinyl DJ Group, playing vinyl at pubs around Surrey.

Sasheana Gordon

Recruitment Manager Sasheana Gordon Before joining LAH, I had gained over 5 years recruitment expertise, successfully placing various roles from C-suite level to mid-senior management positions. My background means I always keep an eye on ROI, all while being able to come up with creative solutions. I am a Recruitment Manager during the day and a fitness fanatic by night - someone who is very competitive and loves a challenge.

Shadia Hosny - VP of Sales

I have been working with LAH Property Marketing since 2006 and am proud to have been part of its incredible transformation over that time, yet prouder still that it's ethos of great people and service is still at the company's core. A European Business degree graduate whose past experience has seen me travel the globe; first in the fashion industry and then for high profile FMCG brands. Just don't ask me about my worst meal, two spring to mind and they were both on the same trip! Outside of work my two children keep me busy; one a budding thespian who regularly performs at theatre and the other, the next Ronaldo in the making - or so he tells me! Oh and I quite enjoy renovating property in my space time…

Stevie Lawlor

I'm Stevie Lawlor and I've been the Regional Manager for London since October 2021 and have recently stepped into an elevated Regional Manager Role as Maternity Cover for London since May 2022. I have been working for LAH off and on for over two years with my first role being a receptionist in a high profile building in Holborn. Since returning to LAH I now have the pleasure of managing an ever-evolving region. At LAH we are extremely passionate about people and their welfare. We ensure that the well-being of all our staff is at the fore front of everything we do. I appreciate working for a company that holds this in such high regard. To me working within LAH represents empowerment and through feeling empowered I can also motivate and encourage others.

Stuart McLennan

I joined the business in 2014, having had a career in international advertising at the Wall Street Journal, The Economist and latterly BBC World News. I know everyone says this about the place they work, but LAH Property Marketing is such a ‘people-first' business - and what a fantastic bunch of people they are. When I'm not working, I try to write songs - something I used to do in my youth, but that's another story. I play cricket badly on a Sunday and I am growing grapes to make home-made wine in time for my daughter's 18 th birthday - wish her well.

Vicki Brimelow

I have been a part of the North Team at LAH since November 2021. Previously, I worked as Cabin Crew for British Airways for 17 years and have recently completed my Masters degree in Real Estate & Property Management. I am passionate about providing a first-class customer service, honesty, integrity and taking pride in what you do. All of which is in the ethos of LAH as a whole. Outside of work I am kept busy with my husband, 2 daughters and our Boston Terrier. We love days out and finding new places to explore.
