He started his career at Winick Realty Group in 2006. Cosmo founded Murro Realty in 2012 where he built a team to focus exclusively on F&B leasing. His background in hospitality is key to his ability to communicate his clients needs. Cosmo has brokered a wide range of deals to include Blue Ribbon Sushi in Rockefeller Center, Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Herald Square and downtown Boston, Le Jardin Boucherie in South Beach, and all of Hogsalt's restaurants in NYC to name a few. His clients are both nationally and internationally recognized leaders and Michelin star recipients.
Dan started his career in residential property, having worked for the same premium estate agency for 9 years before making the switch to commercial property. He brings with him a valuable skillset and a passion for the London restaurant scene. In his spare time you'll find him rock climbing, mountaineering and socialising in London.
David received his Master Degree in Property Law and Valuation from City University and started his career in 1995 at Cushman and Wakefield Healey and Baker. David founded Restaurant Property in 2000 and has brokered many of London's highest profile deals, including Sexyfish, Petrus, Bread Street Kitchen and Heddon Street Kitchen for Gordon Ramsay, Roka Mayfair and Aldwych, L'Autre Pied, Roganic and Hibiscus. David has carried out seven of the last ten transactions in Mayfair. His focus is dealing with the Central London area and his clients are global brand leaders and Michelin star occupiers.

He has now moved into the F&B world, to follow his passion for food and wine. Jonny is part of the Sales Team on Disposals. He is constantly on the phone, looking to match purchasers to his clients' properties. In his spare time, Jonny runs around looking after his two young children either playing football or watching his beloved Spurs.
Justin has over 20 years' experience in the property industry, undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and resolving associated Landlord and Tenant disputes throughout the UK. He has worked for leading firms including Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, Chesterton and BNP Paribas Real Estate, with a focus on restaurants, bars and the wider leisure market. Justin enjoys long term relationships with a wide range of UK-based and international clients, and is regularly retained to act for operators, private clients and property companies.
Percy began his career in property 3 years ago based in Barnes and Richmond for 3 years. He has a passion for the F&B sector and specialises in leasehold restaurant sales in Central London. He has joined Jonny Novik in the disposals team and will be putting his experience to use in the new business division of Restaurant Property. In his spare time, you will find him following his football team, Arsenal, playing golf or socialising with his friends.
Zack works alongside David Rawlinson on the Acquisition Team finding suitable premises to match his client's requirements. Zack specialises in cool, independent brands as well as high-end global concepts. You can also find him working with some of the best bar operators in London.
