Allan D. Marshall is the President of Allan Marshall & Associates Inc and has been working in the insolvency industry since 1972. Mr. Marshall opened an independent insolvency firm in 1982 which is today incorporated under the name "Allan Marshall & Associates Inc".

Brenda graduated from Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor of Science, Honors in Psychology. She first started in the insolvency industry in 1995 and earned her Licensed Insolvency Trustee designation in 2006 after successful completion of the National Insolvency Exam and OSB Oral Board.
Brenda has spent many years volunteering as a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). She is past chair of CAIRP's Course Material Review Committee and has served on various other committees as well as being a presenter at various CAIRP events. In 2012 Brenda received the CAIRP Outstanding Volunteer Award.
In her community she has served as treasurer of the local elementary school and her son's hockey teams. When not in a rink, the ballfield, or as part of the pit crew for Wood Family Racing you can find her camping at one of the beautiful Nova Scotia campgrounds.

Glenn was born and raised in the province of Saskatchewan where he graduated from high school and then went to SIAST Institute where he graduated from a 2-year business administration program.
After graduation, he joined the federal public service where he had over 30 years in various departments with the final stop working in a senior position for the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
Glenn has a passion for helping people and his previous clients would all agree!

Julie Drane began her career in the insolvency industry in 1997 with Canada Trust and Citi Financial. In 2001, that work led to an opportunity to work with a corporate trustee in London, Ontario. Much of this work was corporate bankruptcy and restructuring and led Julie to achieve her goal to become a Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
Since 2008, Julie has been focused on consumer insolvency which she finds the most challenging and rewarding part of the industry. Every client has a different story. Julie's depth of knowledge and commitment to service allows her clients to find the best option for a fresh start.
In her spare time, Julie loves to ride her bike and play golf.

In August 2016, Matt joined Allan Marshall & Associates Inc. as an estate manager, receiving his CIRP designation in 2018 and his LIT License in 2019.
