Boyce Maclaurie serves as President, AAG West, with overall responsibility for dealerships within the AAG West platform. He joined AAG in 2017 working as a General Manager within the group before being promoted to Platform President in 2022.
Prior to AAG, Boyce spent 11 years working for the Lanphere Auto Group within their variable operations department where he joined Wilsonville Toyota in 2008. He graduated from Western Oregon University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in political science.

Jessica Jannarone serves as Chief People Officer and joined AAG in 2022, leading the Human Resources and People Development functions of the business.
Prior to joining AAG Jessica held various HR leadership roles in the consumer-packaged goods, retail and supply chain industries in both the US and Canada. She has been responsible for international business offices and has worked with both union and non-union facilities. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Kevin Wang serves as VP - FP&A. Kevin leads the group's financial planning and analysis functions, in addition to supporting the Group's North American acquisition efforts. Prior to join AAG in 2020, Kevin worked at both JP Morgan Chase and National Bank of Canada in their investment banking divisions. Kevin holds an HBA degree and is a graduate from the Ivey Business School of Western University in Canada.

Kuldeep Billan is the Executive Chairman of AAG, which he founded in 2014. Kuldeep is primarily responsible for its strategy, operational excellence initiatives, acquisitions and culture development. Kuldeep created AAG with the bedrock principles of C.E.M - Customer centricity, Engaged employees and strong partnerships with Manufacturers. Kuldeep has worked in various capacities across the business, including at the dealership level.
Prior to founding AAG, Kuldeep held numerous roles within the financial industry. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 2003 with a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Paul Crellin serves as VP - Corporate Services, leading the procurement, contracts management, and IT functions. He joined AAG in 2015 and has held roles in a variety of functions across the business prior to his promotion in 2022.
Prior to joining AAG, Paul worked as a Supply Chain Management Professional at Canadian Natural Resources. He graduated from MacEwan University in 2002 with a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management.

Paul Schnell serves as Director - Digital Marketing with responsibility for digital operations and marketing across the Group including research, development and execution of our digital programs. Prior to joining the executive team in 2019, Paul held the same title with Wilsonville Toyota and Wilsonville Subaru.
Paul worked in big-box retail marketing and management after attending Central Texas College during his military service.

Robert Walker serves as VP, Corporate Operations and joined AAG in 2016. Robert oversees compliance, facilities, OEM relations & special projects. During his time with the organization, he has held several positions including General Manager, Chief Compliance Officer, and President of the Ontario Platform.
Robert has 35 years of automotive retail experience throughout all areas of dealership operations. Robert has also served on several OEM/Dealer advisory committees.
Scott Gottschling serves as Chief Financial Officer. Scott leads the finance and accounting functions of the overall business in addition to leadership of acquisition integration.
Prior to joining AAG, Scott has over 10 years of dealership experience holding various leadership roles with AutoNation and most recently as Vice President of Finance for a California based dealer group. Scott is a graduate from the University of California, Irvine and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics, and is also a Certified Public Accountant..

Steve Kwak serves as Global Chief Operating Officer & President of Alpha Auto Group North America. In his current role, Steve leads all North American operations in addition to various global responsibilities.
Prior to joining AAG, Steve most recently served as the COO, Franchised Business of AutoNation as well as previous leadership roles with Penske Automotive. Steve has approximately 30 years of distinguished experience in the auto retail industry holding leadership roles spanning dealership, market and corporate operations.
