Alex Mercer works as a Brand Marketing Consultant at Outdoor Living Brands for two of their franchise brands: Archadeck Outdoor Living and Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. She leads brand initiatives & strategy at a national level, as well as consulting and advising franchisees for each brand with their local marketing plans to grow their businesses. Alex is a graduate from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce. Alex lives in the Museum District with her husband and enjoys running with her puggle, Kona, traveling, going to breweries, cooking and cheering on the Hoos!

Amanda Creger

Amanda leads strategic engagements for Modo Modo Agency, a strategic marketing and creative agency based in Atlanta, GA. She brings almost 20 years of experience to bear for clients, delivering market insights and a fresh perspective to help them understand their customers, effectively tell their story and connect the dots across the network of internal and external stakeholders necessary to deliver value-and drive business results. She's worked on everything from primary research, company positioning and branding, new company and product launches, to sales force enablement and thought leadership campaigns, to virtually every kind of nurture, drip, push and pull exercise. Though not a Richmond native, Amanda is in love with Richmond and you can often find her out enjoying its parks and trails, savoring a local craft beer or attending events around town.

Amy Baril

With 25 years of communications planning experience now under her belt, Amy continues to develop solutions for clients that help them reach their best prospects and solve their business challenges in her current position as the President of NDP. Amy previously worked with Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina. Prior to that, she shared her media expertise at McKinney in Durham, where she led the multi-media work on accounts like Nationwide Insurance, Sherwin Williams, NASDAQ, Virgin Mobile, and was on the team that successfully launched the Roaming Gnome for Travelocity. Before that, she was with The Martin Agency and Circuit City.

Antonia Hite

Antonia Hite is a "Double-Wahoo" with a master's in marketing from the University of Virginia. As marketing manager at DJB Hospitality, Antonia oversees digital marketing and branding for 17 restaurants, including Sedona Taphouse and NAPA Kitchen and Wine. Previously Antonia served as account executive at circle S studio, a full service marketing agency where she managed branding, digital and communications for Fortune 500 clients. Antonia enjoys planning social events on the programming committee for AMA Richmond and has previously served as secretary of the Mid Atlantic Peruvian Horse Club.

Aylin Berkowitz

Aylin Berkowitz has a diverse background with experience in both large and small companies across a variety of industries. Currently, she is a campaign manager at Capital One where she is responsible for developing and leading key marketing strategies that deliver revenue growth for the Commercial Bank. Prior to that, she was a marketing manager at Allianz Partners, focused on marketing strategy and customer experience for travel insurance. Before Allianz Partners, Aylin was the marketing manager at Data Blueprint, a data management consulting firm, where she developed the marketing strategy and operations from the ground up. Aylin has been active in the local Richmond marketing community as an AMA member since 2011 and a board member since 2014. She has held various board roles, including Director of Volunteers and VP of Communications. She is a graduate of the State University at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Art. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. In her free time, Aylin enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, reading, cooking and planning various DIY home projects.

Boz Boschen

Boz Boschen is the Marketing Manager responsible for Primary Care within Product Strategy and Supplier Partnership department at McKesson Medical-Surgical, where he provides leadership in planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive business value for McKesson's partners. Boz has held a variety of marketing roles in organizations throughout Richmond. He began his career at the Richmond Times-Dispatch in local media sales. Boz then joined The Martin Agency as a key contributor to the Alltel Wireless media team, also assisting with new business pitches and media work for NASCAR, BF Goodrich, Pizza Hut, and others. He joined Capital One's brand advertising team to lead media investment strategy for the NCAA Corporate Champion and College Football Playoffs sponsorships. At Capital One, Boz contributed to the relaunch of the Venture Card credit card, as well as the product launch of the Journey, Cash, and Quicksilver credit cards, and the initial pilot of the bank's 360 Cafes. Prior to joining McKesson, Boz served as Digital Media Director at local agency ndp, leading digital strategy for its largest clients. Boz has been active in national media organizations, including the Association of National Advertiser's Media Leadership Committee and Trustworthy Accountability Group's Anti-Fraud Workgroup. He also volunteers as a marketing mentor with Startup Virginia and freelances for select clients and agencies. Boz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from St. Lawrence University. Outside of work, Boz enjoys all manner of outdoor pursuits, from ultimate frisbee to mountaineering, and is always looking for an excuse to check out an up-and-coming musical act or artist. He resides in the Museum District with his wife and three kids, who do their best to keep him on his toes.

Caitlin McNichol

As an Associate Account Director with Dotted Line, Caitlin manages marketing and account strategies for a portfolio of clients. Caitlin's primary role is to build strong client relationships and manage the teams that deliver solutions to meet clients' needs. Prior to Dotted Line, Caitlin worked in television production and digital media with various roles at Discovery Communications. Caitlin has an undergraduate degree from James Madison University where she studied video editing. On the weekends, she loves to hike in the mountains with her husband, Pat and their two dogs Leo and Max.

Caroline Bass

As a Brand Coordinator with Plein Air, a marketing and advertising agency built for restaurant and hospitality brands, Caroline works with some of the country's greatest restaurant brands; including Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q, Main Event, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, McAlister's Deli, Krystal, Huddle House, The Greene Turtle, Razzoo's, and more. She helps lead these accounts strategically to deliver on their business objectives, coordinates their marketing efforts, manages project timelines, develops campaign briefs, and manages internal agency resources. She is involved from ideation to execution, helping evaluate key opportunities for campaigns to come. Caroline received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madi son University. She is a Richmond native and enjoys spending her free time singing with the Richmond Symphony Chorus, serving the community through organizations such as The Doorways, and indulging in Richmond's many amazing restaurants, breweries, and festivals.

Casey Prentice

She also co-manages the agency's internship program and is the manager of The Phil, a nonprofit storytelling platform and content marketing project run by the interns. She previously served on the PRSA Richmond board and decided to switch gears to AMA Richmond to better align with her body of work.

Jennifer Barbin is a client experience specialist at circle S studio. This will be Jennifer's 6th year on the AMA Richmond Board of Directors and her goal is to mentor and empower future AMA leaders and marketers in our region. With more than 2 decades in the advertising/marketing industry, she relies heavily on AMA to keep her up-to-date on the newest trends & tactics and connect with new people in our industry. Her experience includes business development, strategic planning, research, and media planning; skills she developed while working for circle S studios, Wildfire, Randall Branding Agency, NBC12, Richmond Times-Dispatch, Style Magazine, and The Price Communications Group. Jennifer is a native Texan and graduated from Texas Tech University (Go Red Raiders!) with a B.A. in Public Relations/Marketing. Jennifer and her husband Ron live in the west end of Henrico with their two teenagers, Austin and Alexis. When Jennifer isn't working she enjoys gardening, playing card games with her family, and cheering on her son and daughter at all of their volleyball and soccer games.

Kevin Wilson

Kevin Wilson, a VCU graduate and Richmond native, currently oversees Dominion Payroll's corporate social responsibility programming as Director of Community Engagement. Previously Kevin served as President of the Fan Area Business Alliance and the Uptown Civic Association while owning Sticky ToGoGo and The Cellar Door restaurants. When not cheering on his two sons' burgeoning baseball and skateboarding careers, Kevin dedicates his free time as the Chair of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Tomorrow's Leaders program and serves as Vice President of Programming for the American Marketing Association's Richmond chapter. Kevin and his wife Laura make their home in Henrico's West End and cannot wait to spend the next few vaccinated months eating at every restaurant that Richmond has to offer.

Patty Sager

At Williams Mullen, she oversees business development, client relations, media relations, marketing and communications. He is a former Vice President of Sponsorship with AMA-Richmond and has been an active member since 2004. In 2007, Todd was presented with AMA-Richmond's Golden Candlestick Award recognizing exceptional volunteerism. Originally from the Boston area, he lives in Henrico with his wife, son, and super-friendly rescue pup.
