Alvin has a condition called LUBAG, also known as X-linked dystonia-parkinsonism, a rare genetic condition that inhibits him from speaking and moving freely. Baking is his only way to relieve himself from his condition's daily stresses and making his customers happy is the ultimate reward he holds dearly...
