Jack Chen is a Professional Engineer, a Professional Quantity Surveyor and a Project Manager with over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Jack's unique mix of engineering, budgeting and business skills are ideal for the requirements of a Depreciation Report. He is very active in the Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Project Management business in BC, thus giving him firsthand knowledge of current construction prices and the latest equipment and building /renovation methods. Jack's expertise ranges from building renovations to development projects totaling more than $112 million. He is the current Director of Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, past Director of Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors British Columbia, past member of Richmond Parking Advisory Committee. He also provides mentoring service for Engineer In Training with Engineers and Geoscientists BC. Jack Chen, President, was awarded Fellowship with Engineers Canada in 2021 for his exemplary dedication to the Engineers & Geoscientist of British Columbia (EGBC).
