Eresh, a Graduate in Commerce, is an energetic young leader who has risen-up fast in the ladder by demonstration success in every assignment that he handled. Began as a Recruiter and moved-up fast in handling the role of Team Leader managing the team and RPO projects, he now heads the Executive Search operations for the Southern and Eastern states.
His areas of expertise include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Middle Level Hiring, Bulk Hiring and Hiring Assessments, to name a few. He is quite good at eye for details, executing strategies at micro-level, strong business orientation, project management, and client management skills.
He champions the RISE initiative, which aims to bring employee's ideas and views to driving improvement and excellence at CareerTree. He believes in positive reinforcement and coaches his team by sharing success stories and skills / behaviours that are critical for continuous success.

Mary Paulina brings extensive experience of managing successful Operational Teams in diverse hiring assignments (particularly the middle and senior level hiring). With a strong academic background in MSc (Physics & Electronics) from Madras Christian College and MBA (HR & Marketing) from NSB, her career spans a decade in the Recruitment industry, most recently as Vertical Lead - Executive Search, Bangalore. Mary joined Career-tree as a Recruitment Consultant in 2012, later moved to the Lead role, she always accomplished remarkable achievements in most of the roles that she has handled.
Mary has successfully handled many long-term RPO projects in the Infrastructure, Airport, Retail, and Engineering sectors. Known for her in-depth understanding of the recruitment strategies for both domestic and overseas hiring, she leads the technical competency building initiative to groom the young and aspiring talent acquisition professionals.
Mary previously held a Consultant role in Adecco Group. Currently she heads the Executive Search operations for the Western and Northern states. She is one of the go-to resources for any complex or senior level hiring - particularly the positions involving high-level of market mapping and headhunting

Rajnish is a passionate Human Resources professional who has been doing some pioneering work in the domain of Frontline Workforce hiring. A Graduate in History from Uttrakhand University, he has been associated with CareerTree for almost a decade and now heads the Frontline Hiring operations for North Indian states.
He has led and extensively contributed to many of the large-scale successful RPO projects - Ford (Sanand), Ashok Leyland (Pant Nagar), Daimler (Chennai), Saint Gobain (Gujarat) to name a few. He along with his colleagues have developed the hiring model and strategies for NEEM and Learn & Earn projects. He holds hands-on experience in the entire spectrum of Frontline Hiring - be it devising campaigning strategies, developing assessment tools, anchoring large scale recruitment drives, post-selection coordination for maximising the joining ratio he delivers the best.
Over the years he has built an extensive network and strong relationship with many educational institutes, employment exchanges, training institutes to help the employable candidates get placed in decent jobs. Ranjeet holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Madras University. Began his career as a Management Trainee in 2009 he grew up to become an entrepreneur in 2015. Currently, he heads the Frontline Hiring and Overseas Hiring verticals at CareerTree in the capacity of Director.
He has worked across the spectrum of hiring services and possesses hands-on experience in Executive Search, Frontline Hiring, Temporary Staffing, and Employee Assessment. He spearheaded many RPO projects across the industries viz., Infrastructure, Retail, Aircraft Maintenance, FMCG, Automobile, and Power & Energy sectors.
Besides handling the operations he's also instrumental in geographical expansion of the business. He champions many initiatives of the Operational Excellence model (SADHANA) followed at CareerTree. He has mentored several young leaders at CareerTree who currently occupy critical roles in both operations and client relations.

Sanjeev is a passionate Engineer turned Human Resources professional who has been doing some incredible work in the domain of Frontline Workforce hiring. An Electronics Engineer from Uttrakhand Board of Technical Education, he has over 15 years of industrial work experience including 13 years in recruitments. He has been associated with CareerTree for over a decade and now handles the role of Client Relations Manager for the Frontline Hiring business in North Indian states.

Sasikala, a Post Graduate in Commerce, leads the Finance & Accounts function at CareerTree. Began her career as a fresher she is one of the young leaders and top performers in CareerTree today. With strong knowledge on the fundamentals of accounting and regulatory requirements, eye for details, thrust for continuous learning, strong conviction to ensure total compliance, and above all high level of integrity has gained her the leadership role.
She was instrumental in effectively implementing the policies devised by the Board of Directors - be it on cash-flow management, fixing accountability for financial performance, creating data transparency through timely MIS, driving profitability, automating all the transactional processes in accounting, handling of all taxation discussions she has demonstrated her best.
Besides, she works very closely with all the business leaders in driving the "self-managed teams" model in each location/vertical. She is one of the core members of the employee engagement initiatives (WhyNot) for the team in Chennai.
