Eresh Choudhary

Eresh, a Graduate in Commerce, is an energetic young leader who has risen-up fast in the ladder by demonstration success in every assignment that he handled. Began as a Recruiter and moved-up fast in handling the role of Team Leader managing the team and RPO projects, he now heads the Executive Search operations for the Southern and Eastern states. His areas of expertise include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Middle Level Hiring, Bulk Hiring and Hiring Assessments, to name a few. He is quite good at eye for details, executing strategies at micro-level, strong business orientation, project management, and client management skills. Mary Paulina

Mary Paulina brings extensive experience of managing successful Operational Teams in diverse hiring assignments (particularly the middle and senior level hiring). With a strong academic background in MSc (Physics & Electronics) from Madras Christian College and MBA (HR & Marketing) from NSB, her career spans a decade in the Recruitment industry, most recently as Vertical Lead - Executive Search, Bangalore. Mary joined Career-tree as a Recruitment Consultant in 2012, later moved to the Lead role, she always accomplished remarkable achievements in most of the roles that she has handled. Mary has successfully handled many long-term RPO projects in the Infrastructure, Airport, Retail, and Engineering sectors. Known for her in-depth understanding of the recruitment strategies for both domestic and overseas hiring, she leads the technical competency building initiative to groom the young and aspiring talent acquisition professionals. Rajnish Jaiswal

Rajnish is a passionate Human Resources professional who has been doing some pioneering work in the domain of Frontline Workforce hiring. A Graduate in History from Uttrakhand University, he has been associated with CareerTree for almost a decade and now heads the Frontline Hiring operations for North Indian states. He has led and extensively contributed to many of the large-scale successful RPO projects - Ford (Sanand), Ashok Leyland (Pant Nagar), Daimler (Chennai), Saint Gobain (Gujarat) to name a few. Ranjeet Rajpurohit
