While at the Weitzman Group, Russ marketed a portfolio in excess of 6,000,000 square feet and was directly involved in over 400 lease and sales transactions. He has had the privilege of working with and for Kimco, Inland, Kite Realty, and Rican, and represented industry leasing retailers including but not limited to JPMorgan Chase, Sprint, and McDonald's.
