Anita Kamiel, RN, MPS, is the founder and owner of David York Home Healthcare Agency, licensed by the State of New York. She holds a master's degree in gerontological administration and has experience in the field as a Nursing Supervisor in a nursing home. She is fully acquainted with all factors related to eldercare services and the latest guidelines for seniors. Thirty years ago, she realized there was a need for affordable, quality home health aide services provided and supervised by caring individuals, so she opened David York Agency to fill the need for premier in home healthcare services. Anita is sensitive to the situation of our clients. They are vulnerable and in need of care and compassion. She is well known for her knowledge of the industry and listening ear. Clients often call just to speak to her since she offers both sound advice and sympathy. It is often difficult for clients to accept a stranger in their home to be able to receive the care they need. As such, Anita guides the agency with the following principle: We do not send anyone into your home that we would not want in ours.

Corina Rodriguez - CHRO

Our Human Services department is top notch. Corina is expert at interviewing and vetting all our field staff. She is scrupulous about documentation and makes sure that all our employees have earned their qualifications and keep them up to date. References are verified and background fingerprint checks are conducted. Files are reviewed on an ongoing basis to make sure all certifications and medical forms are current. Corina has a shrewd eye for quality home health aides and only selects the finest, most responsible and compassionate home health aides to join our roster. Corina is a gem and never misses a beat.

Kathleen White

Our crackerjack accounting department tracks all things to do with billing. Kathleen makes sure that the client's account is accurate and up to date and collected in a timely manner. She also is responsible for payroll and is meticulous about meeting all deadlines. Kathleen keeps us on track and humming and is very pleasant should anyone have a question. Her smile and gentility are a true asset to the team.

Martin Kamiel

Martin has been with the company since 2005. In addition to handling the day-to-day management of the agency, Martin has advanced training as a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist. As such, he is fully acquainted with all the issues surrounding those who age in place at home. He personally supervises that the highest quality standards are being met by our human resources department so that only the finest, most professional and highly skilled home health aides are sent to your home.

Pam Napolitano

Pam is the Field Nurse that does the client assessments and ongoing visits for the duration of a client's service. She is available for medical questions with respect to home care as the need arises. She is responsible for the direction, coordination and direct supervision of the agency's home health aides and nursing staff. Pam comes to us with extensive hands on experience with the elderly having worked in a nursing home for 6 years.

Princess McCrae

Our Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for assigning home health aides to clients. Princess take great care in understanding the needs of each and every client and selecting each home health aide that they send to ensure that they meet all the client's needs. Getting this match right is critical for a satisfied client. At the same time, Princess is extremely understanding and flexible should an aide need to be changed for any reason. We take pride in our personalized service and Princess does as well. She is eager for communication with the client so that the entire family is happy with our service. She is on call to make sure there are no gaps in service and that there is continuous care of our clients. Princess is kind, caring and truly empathetic to the needs of those they service.
