DC ANGUS

DC Angus is a family owned and operated purebred Red Angus farm located near Daysland, Alberta. Harold Midbo purchased the first Red Angus cows in 1974 and since then the herd has continued to grow and develop with purchases from Emerald Echo Farm, Ron Myshaniuk, and Almar Angus. Over the years, herd sires have been purchased from Geis Angus, Bar-E-L Angus, and U2 Ranch. The second generation family Dennis and Carolyn Congdon are currently managing the farm which now consists of 150 breeding females. DC Angus is focused on raising a uniform group of exceptional mother cows with the ability to produce both top quality Angus beef and genetics.
