Our objective is to enhance understanding, awareness and advisory services available on all aspects of gluten intolerances and a gluten-free diet. We also aim to expand our knowledge platform to cover other fields of treatment (e.g. metabolic disorders, chronic kidney disease) and dietary requirements(e.g. ketogenic diet)... Innovation comes from research. Our research and development work is based in the Dr. Schär R&D Centre in Trieste... At Dr. Schär, we have been working for 100 years to improve the lives of people with special nutritional needs. In the film, our founder Ulrich Ladurner talks about what drives us, how quality is created and what carries us into the future.
