Fast forward to today: Rodney and Sylvia are still heavily involved in the business. Sylvia serves as the accounts payable and payroll supervisor. Rodney still greets customers and oversees the general operation of the business. We employ three full-time estimators, three in-house sales/design people, and three warehouse/delivery personnel. We typically keep four or five installation crews busy throughout the year installing carpet, vinyl, laminate, luxury vinyl tile/plank, VCT, and wood... We have been providing quality products, service, and installation to the Shenandoah Valley since 1964, and as Rodney Eagle is often quoted as saying, "We've been in business for over 50 years, and we hope to be here for another 50."...
