Adam co-founded and manages Edge Realty Partners. He guides Edge and its clients in shopping center acquisition and development throughout the Southwest. He brings over 21 years of diverse retail experience and has advised such tenants as Aspen Dental, Coldwater Creek, The Fresh Market, Kona Grill, Old Navy, Rooms To Go and Target, among others.
Prior to Edge, Adam was a Principal with Endeavor Real Estate Group where his focus was retail development. For 13 years, Adam was Executive Vice President with Staubach Retail where he was recognized as a national Top Producer, #1 Producing Broker in the Country, and winner of the President's Award. Adam received an MBA from Tulane University and is active in Solving the Puzzle of SIDS Charity as well as C.A.R.E. When not working, Adam and his wife, Sabrina, spend time trying to corral their son Miles and triplet daughters Eve, Blair and Shay.

Adrienne is the Office Manager for Edge Houston and has over 16 years of experience in office management, accounting and marketing.
She is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She enjoys cooking, volunteering time with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and spending time with family and friends.
Andrew is a Principal with the Austin Division of Edge Realty Partners. In this position, Andrew specializes in land acquisitions, retail and restaurant tenant representation/site selection. Andrew has 29 years of commercial real estate experience and has represented many regional and national tenants including First Citizens Bank, Aspen Dental, Pet Paradise, Salad and Go, Race Trac, Kriser's Pet Supplies, Pet Suites, Public Storage (REIT), stayAPT Suites, Jollibee, Valvoline Corp., NTB Corp., Circle K Corp., T-Mobile, Staples, Starbuck's, David's Bridal, MAD Green's, Andy's Frozen Custard, Swift's Attic/Wu Chow, Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint, Blaze Pizza, Flying Saucer/Flying Fish/Rodeo Goat, Taco Bueno, Abbott's Frozen Custard, Red Door Woodfired Grill, McAlister's Deli, Club Car Express Car Wash and First Choice Emergency Room.
Prior to joining Edge, Andrew was a senior vice president with The Weitzman Group (Austin) where he was a consistent Top Producer. He also has real estate experience with Venture Commercial (Dallas), The Woodmont Company (Ft. Worth) and United Commercial Realty (Dallas). Andrew is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Golfing, skiing, boating, hunting and Longhorn sporting events with his family are his favorite hobbies and pastimes.
Andrew is a Senior Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas focusing on project leasing. In this role, he has been able to work with a variety of Landlords, including Brixmor, Rosewood Property Company, Tabani Group, DLC Management, and Kite.
He has handled the leasing of over 6.5 million square feet of retail space throughout Texas. He also provides site selection for tenants such as Ace Hardware, Salad and Go and Wingstop. Andrew was born and raised in Dallas, TX and attended Bishop Lynch High School. He graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). Prior to Edge, Andrew was Executive Vice President of NAI Robert Lynn Retail where he was a part of the project leasing team for five years. He has been honored as a CoStar Power Broker every year since 2018, been named a D CEO Power Broker since 2022 and was a finalist for D CEO Emerging Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year in 2024.
Anne's focus is on quality retail ground-up and second-generation remodel development projects. She has over 10 years of experience in due diligence/entitlements, project development and construction management of projects ranging from $200,000 to $60 million.
Prior to joining StreetLevel, Anne was the Development Manager for a CVS/pharmacy preferred developer in the Midwest. She received a Master of Real Estate and Land Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Illinois. In her free time Anne enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs and traveling.

Barney serves as Managing Director with Edge Capital Markets in Dallas, the investment services platform of Edge Realty Partners. As a nationally acclaimed real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience, he provides executive leadership in asset management, investment sales, and principal ownership.
Throughout his career in the commercial real estate industry, Barney has demonstrated his successful ability of acquiring, turning around, and selling underperforming properties. He has especially focused such efforts on commercial shopping malls over the last decade. Barney's strategic approach to projects involves a deep understanding and utilization of data analysis and client/partner feedback. It is this kind of experienced focus that has delivered enhanced performance on difficult projects.
Barney provides a unique and valuable perspective in commercial real estate investment sales. Throughout his three decades in the industry, Barney has experienced what it is like to present to investment committees, be in the owner/investor role, and has written the checks himself.
Prior to joining Edge Capital Markets, Barney served as a Managing Partner/Founder with Tricom Real Estate Group, where his focus was on underperforming large format retail centers across the United States. Barney was also an Executive Director - Capital Markets with Cushman & Wakefield. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics from The University of Connecticut as well as a Graduate Studies in Finance from Baruch College - The City University of New York.

Bill is a Principal with Edge Capital Markets in Dallas where he represents Owners and Developers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial land and investment properties across the country.
Prior to joining Edge Capital Markets in 2015, Bill served as Vice President of the Investment Sales Group at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. He began his real estate career in the industrial division of Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas and shortly thereafter moved to Belclaire Companies as both a tenant and owner representative. Alongside his work with Belclaire Companies, Bill also worked with Parking Systems of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Houston, Texas where he focused on identifying and negotiating lease, purchase and management agreements for commercial parking properties. Bill has been recognized numerous times as both an Edge Capital Markets Top Producer and a D CEO Power Broker. Bill grew up in Dallas, TX and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. Brandon launched Edge Realty Capital Markets to extend enhanced investment services to new and long-term clients. His focus is quality retail properties, where his legal and real estate backgrounds combine to bring value to assets.
In more than 15 years in investment services, Brandon served as Senior Director at Berkadia and Cushman & Wakefield, where his chief responsibilities were generating business through building client relationships and executing transactions across the country. At the outset of his career, Brandon focused on project leasing in the south, southeast and throughout Texas. His experience in other aspects of the business, deep industry ties and perspective on capital market cycles allow him to offer clients greater counsel in the positioning for their assets. Brandon received his B.S. degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 1998 and Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma in 2001. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Association of Oklahoma. Brandon Crow is a Senior Associate with Edge Realty Capital Markets in Dallas. His focus is on building his industry relationships through a tireless enthusiasm for generating results.
Brandon primarily works on asset disposition on behalf of his expanding list of clients including private investors and developers. His focus is retail, boutique office and medical properties. Brandon graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He also attended Stephen F. Austin University. Brett Gissler is a Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Austin. In this role, Brett is focused on leasing and tenant representation for national and local retailers throughout Central Texas and surrounding non-metro markets, including Marco's Pizza, HteaO, The Learning Experience, Subway, Painting with a Twist, F45 Training and various other local retail groups. Brett also focuses on finding investment properties including warehouses, retail and offices for local investors.
Prior to Edge, Brett served as Vice President of Leasing for Henry S. Miller in Austin where he was responsible for project leasing, new development site selection, tenant representation and acquisitions. From 2009 until 2013, Brett worked for Retail Solutions where his focus was on regional power center development totaling over 1 million square feet, and his tenant clientele included Mattress Firm, Popeye's Chicken, Leslie's Pool Supply, Supercuts, The Children's Place, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Freebirds World Burrito and Paradise Bakery, among others. Prior to Retail Solutions, Brett was with St. Ives Realty where he successfully leased over 150,000 square feet of retail commercial space throughout Texas. In addition, he was responsible for the expansion of Extended Stay Hotel Value Place throughout Houston and Dallas. Brett began his career with WholeSecurity, Inc., building and implementing the security startup company before it was acquired by Symantec Corp. in 2005. Brett is a graduate of St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, and is an active member of ICSC. Brian Murphy co-founded and manages Edge Realty Partners. For 39 years, Brian has worked with retailers such as JCPenney, Target, Staples, Ross Dress for Less and Barnes & Noble in all facets of their real estate needs.
Brian was previously Principal with Endeavor Real Estate Group where his focus was on retail development. For 15 years, Brian served as Executive Vice President with Staubach Retail and earned many accolades, including National Top Producer, Most Valuable Player and the Staubach Chairman's Award. Brian received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, he is a board member of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU, as well as a co-founder of Solving the Puzzle of SIDS Charity. Brian enjoys golf, skiing, traveling and working out.

Brooks serves as Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Houston specializing in project leasing, tenant representation and land transactions. With over 10 years of experience, Brooks brings a thorough understanding of the Houston market.
Brooks began his career at Read King Commercial Real Estate as part of the brokerage team, where his primary focus was on leasing a portfolio of grocery anchored developments, power centers and neighborhood strip centers totaling over 500,000 square feet. Throughout his career Brooks has worked with several third-party clients including Exxon Mobil, MetroNational, Rice Management Company, Blackrock, and Westwood Financial. His goal is to achieve maximum value for each client utilizing his relationships and expertise in the market.

Chace Henke serves a Principal at Edge Capital Markets. She specializes in the representation of owners in the disposition of their income-producing assets with an emphasis on multi-tenant retail and office.
Prior to joining Edge, she was a Vice President at Transwestern for seven years where she was actively engaged in the stabilization and disposition of retail assets throughout Texas and Louisiana. During her career, Chace has been instrumental in the sale of over half a billion in investment real estate transactions. Chace brings a unique knowledge base and perspective to the investment sales platform, having previously leased a portfolio comprised of over 1 million sf of retail space, thus allowing her to fully understand the fundamentals of the assets she is selling. Chace's leasing efforts alone have generated over $75 million in value for her clients. Prior to that, Chace was a member of the Page Partners retail brokerage team where she honed her skills by facilitating dispositions of distressed and REO assets for the nation's largest special servicers. Chace received her BBA in finance with a concentration in real estate from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Chandler Huntsman is a Vice President at Edge Realty Partners in Dallas, focusing on tenant representation, land acquisition/disposition, buy side investor representation, as well as landlord representation in the suburban and urban core of DFW.
Prior to joining Edge, Chandler spent 10 years with PegasusAblon focusing on the acquisition, leasing, and stabilization of generational urban core retail projects totaling a $125 million in total asset value, as well as represents tenants such as Mayer's Garden, Smoky Rose, Alamo Club, Chicken GUY! and Goodwin's. Outside of the office Chandler enjoys hunting, fly fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife Kelsie and two daughters Harper and Georgia.
Charles is a Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Houston. Known for delivering exceptional value and forging long-lasting client relationships, Charles specializes in project leasing, tenant representation and land transactions. In this role he has been able to work with a variety of high-profile clients including H-E-B, Urban Air, The Hanover Company, Aramark, RaceTrac, Derrick Interests, Office Depot, Michaels, Bar Louie, Mountain Mike's Pizza, Jimmy John's and T-Mobile.
Charles was most recently a Vice President with WPW Realty Advisors where he was responsible for leasing over 1.2 million square feet, sourcing developments throughout the greater Houston area and providing strategic tenant expansion strategies. Charles is a Houston native and is a graduate of Texas State University. He is licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Outside of work, Charles enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his wife and two children.
Charlie is a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Austin. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he brings a wide range of expertise to the team. Charlie has been involved in a multitude of real estate transactions, primarily specializing in landlord representation and land and pad sales, and he has vast knowledge of ground-up retail development and property management. Currently, Charlie serves as the asset manager of a 1,000,000-square-foot retail portfolio for HPI Real Estate Services & Investments in San Antonio.
Prior to joining Edge, Charlie was a Principal with Steve T. Matthews Company where he managed the Simon Property Group/WP GLIMCHER account brokering pad sites and excess property in Central Texas. He also served as the Regional Director of Retail for Cousins Property Company where he was responsible for outparcel sales and ground leases for the company's Georgia, Florida and Tennessee portfolio. For 17 years, Charlie worked for The Rouse Company, culminating in his role as the National Leasing Manager for their national mall portfolio, including the redevelopment and leasing expansion of North Star Mall in San Antonio, Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville, Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, and both Riverwalk and Oakwood Centers in New Orleans. Charlie received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas and is involved in several community organizations such as the Scottish Rite Learning Center, Court Appointed Special Advocates and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Charlie and his wife, Alison, enjoying spending time with their children, boating on Lake Austin and watching UT sports.

Prior to joining the team full-time, Chase served as an intern with Edge, assisting the company in scouting site locations and preparing tour books for potential clients. Chase has worked with retailers including Workout Anytime, Pokeworks, Spitz Mediterranean, Dillas Quesadillas, Harbor Freight Tools, Pet Supplies Plus, and Burlington. Chase attended Pace University, where he received his bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management and a minor in Finance. Chris is a Senior Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas. He brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation for national clients such as Burlington, Panera Bread, and Harbor Freight Tools.
Prior to joining Edge, Chris was with Venture Commercial for 13 years and was part of the six-broker team that launched the company in 2000. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and soon after began his real estate career at The Weitzman Group. Chris is an active member of ICSC, Mosaic Church in Richardson, and founder of Retail Deal Makers. He married his wife Chelsea in 2007. Together they have three sons and one daughter. Chris has also produced and hosted a podcast since the summer of 2016.
Chris decided to join Edge Realty Partners to focus on building his commercial real estate business. He is currently working with national brands Snooze A.M. Eatery, Clean Freak Carwash, and CPG Strategy. He's constantly honing his market knowledge in retail, restaurant, re-leasing, new development (anchors and pads), land sales and shop leasing for Arizona. Chris's proven track record over the last nine years in residential sales and leasing was the impetus for the transition to Edge Realty Partners.
Chris attended Northern Arizona University, attaining a BAS in Public Safety Administration. He has been actively involved and volunteers with St. Mary's Food Bank since the late 1990's, and the East Valley Firefighters Charities since 2006. Outside of work Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family Melissa, Zayn, and Zara.
Christian McAnalley serves as an Associate with Edge realty Partners. A lifelong Dallas native, Christian attended Southern Methodist University before working as an intern with Edge Realty Partners.
As an intern, Christian, assisted with site selection, research, LOI and lease negotiation, and all other aspects of commercial brokerage. Christian has worked with many local and national retailers including but not limited to, Burlington Coat Factory, Pet Supplies Plus, Harbor Freight Tools, Five Below, Panera Bread, Ojos Locos, Mambo Seafood, Bone Fish, Texas Roadhouse, and Whataburger. In his free time Christian enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, and attending sporting events.

Christopher is a Vice President with Edge Capital Markets focused on investment sales and workout strategies, primarily the repositioning and disposition of commercial property across the country.
Prior to joining Edge-CM, Christopher was a regional leasing manager for GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) responsible for negotiating more than 1 million square feet of corporate leases nationwide. He began his real estate career as a licensed Property Tax Consultant and prior to real estate, founded and led an accounting firm engaged in government and nonprofit audit, risk assessment, and compliance work for more than a decade.
Christopher is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), participating nationally on the Commercial and Retail Development Product Council and as chair of the Champions of Change initiative for ULI Dallas-Fort Worth local district council. Additionally, he is a member of the CRE Finance Council (CREFC) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he was selected to the 2022-2024 ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network (NGLN).
Christopher has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by CCIM Institute and is currently a board member of the North Texas CCIM Chapter. He has also earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification of the National Association of Realtors®. Christopher holds both a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas (UT System) and is a 2016 graduate of Project REAP-The Real Estate Associate Program.

Claire is an Associate with Edge Capital Markets and works with senior brokers to assist with research, marketing, and transactional efforts. She works with all product types including multi-family, retail, land and office.
Claire is a graduate from Baylor University where she received a business degree in marketing and entrepreneurship. Prior to Edge she worked for real estate developers in Denver, Colorado and Waco, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and watching Baylor sports.
Cole is a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Austin. His primary focus is on landlord and developer representation with an emphasis on power, grocery, neighborhood and specialty projects throughout the Texas market. Cole has represented some of the largest national and regional landlords including Washington Prime; Kimco; VEREIT; InvenTrust; Simon Property Group, Inc. and H-E-B Grocery Company, LP. He has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience and is consistently recognized as a top producer by the Austin Business Journal and CoStar.
Before joining Edge, Cole was a Principal with Retail Solutions for five and a half years, where he helped grow the leasing portfolio to over 3 million square feet and managed a leasing team that averaged more than 100 transactions per year. Prior to Retail Solutions, Cole was with Endeavor Real Estate Group where he worked on a 2-million-square-foot portfolio of power- and grocery-anchored retail space. In addition to landlord representation, Cole has assisted a number of national tenants with site selection and lease negotiation, including Wells Fargo, Ace Hardware, Firehouse Subs, Legends Boxing, Armstrong McCall and Another Broken Egg Cafe. Cole received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Christian University and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. In his free time, Cole enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennie, and their four children, Hayes, Chase, Cade and Cole Elizabeth.
Colleen manages the administrative, marketing, and documentation needs of the Phoenix office. Her retail relationships are a critical part of our growth plan.
Prior to coming to Edge Realty, Colleen held positions in education, healthcare, wellness services, and in the restaurant industry. In all those roles, she has exhibited a unique ability to connect with people while constantly managing multiple tasks and priorities, always with a focus on customer service.
With 20 years in the GIS field and 14 of those spent in Commercial Real Estate, Collin Landis has supported dozens of national and international tenants with his hybrid approach to Graphic Design and GIS Analysis. Mixing data-driven research and creative presentation, Collin has informed the successful rollout of clients throughout the entire Southwest.
Collin resides in Peoria with his wife and three children.

Connor is a Vice President with Edge Realty Partners focusing on project leasing with experience on power centers, grocery anchored, neighborhood and specialty retail projects throughout the Texas Market.
Connor joined Edge in 2018, since then Connor has handled a portfolio of more than 150 properties and over 1 million square feet in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with a diverse client base including Brixmor, DLC Management, Kite Realty, & Epic Partners. His experience also includes site selection with major national brands such as McAlister's Deli, Dave's Hot Chicken, and Cold Stone Creamery. Connor has been recognized as a Costar Power Broker in 2022 & 2023. Prior to joining Edge, he attended Texas Tech University, where he received his bachelor's degree in Agribusiness. In his free time Connor enjoys spending time with friends, boating on lake Lewisville and cheering on the Dallas Stars.
Daniel Ortega co-founded and manages Edge Southwest with Nick Ault in Arizona. Daniel started in Commercial Real Estate over 20 years ago working with clients from Guitar Center, Golf Smith, Longhorn Steakhouse, Jollibee, Sonic, Noodles & Co, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, GNC to Sally Beauty Supply. Daniel comes from a family of retail operators and retail brokers. For 20 years, Daniel has worked with national /regional restaurants and retailers across Arizona creating market rollouts and leasing plans for top operators and developers. In 2001 Daniel started at Colliers International, moved to Staubach Retail, ran a boutique retail brokerage firm, returned to Colliers International and now is part of Edge Realty Partners.
Daniel attended Arizona State University in the Aeronautical Management program. Soon after he acquired his pilot's certificate, he followed his passion of music and affiliated with Warner Bros Music to perform across the country. Currently, Daniel is the Finance Chairman for Fighter Country Foundation which is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of the men, women, and families of active-duty families at Luke Air Force Base. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys travel with his family Chelley, Lukas, and Jacob.
David Copeland has more than 23 years of brokerage experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His area of specialty includes retail tenant representation, pad site acquisitions/dispositions, big box leasing/dispositions, and land sales. He currently advises several tenants including Whataburger, PS Public Storage, Jiffy Lube and Ovation Boutiques. He has also advised such tenants as the Dallas Cowboys and Pet Supermarket, among others. He is marketing several large retail land developments for owners such as Rooms To Go, Chief Partners, Lovett Commercial and StreetLevel Investments.
Prior to joining Edge, David was with CBRE for five years where he represented Conn's Electronics, ExxonMobil, Sprint Wireless, Cole Real Estate Investments, RREEF and Kite Realty Group, among others. For nearly a decade, David was with Trammell Crow Company, where he managed the ExxonMobil account. He has been named a DCEO Power Broker 2014-2018, a Costar Power Broker and a Dallas Business Journal "Heavy Hitter" through his career. He graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Marketing. He is a board member of the HP K-Life Organization and volunteers with Park Cities Baptist Church and the YMCA.
Debbie is a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Houston and was instrumental in forming the Houston office and brokerage team when the Houston office opened in 2011. She takes great pride in building relationships with her clients and helping young brokers learn the business and achieve their goals. Debbie advises both retailers and landlords on their property strategies and expansion goals. Prior to joining Edge, Debbie was with Gulf Coast Commercial Group where she managed the project leasing team and implemented the marketing strategy for their retail portfolio and company branding.
