Ryan has extensive experience litigating on behalf of both employees and employers facing complex employment issues in state and federal court, including discrimination and harassment claims, contracts and covenants not to compete, wage and hour claims, whistleblower claims, EEO claims and EEOC charges. Ryan has appeared in front of the Indiana Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ryan served as Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association Employment, Labor & Benefits Law Section in 2015-2016, and he regularly speaks on employment related issues.
