Amanda is our treatment coordinator, responsible for looking after the oral surgery diary. She is a skilled dental nurse/receptionist, and although she is no longer practicing dental nursing, she has 17 years of experience behind her and a wealth of knowledge. Amanda is friendly and approachable and can offer some excellent advice. Outside of the practice, Amanda enjoys going to the cinema, spending time with her children and watching and playing rugby.

Amy joined the team in 2021 as a Trainee Dental Nurse having spent several years working in the customer service industry. She has a friendly and approachable manner and always does her best to create a welcoming environment for those visiting the practice.

Anika graduated in 2006 from Bart's and The London Dental University. Soon after qualifying she has worked in local parctices for over 6 years.
During this time she completed her Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties ( Royal College of Surgeons MJDF ). For a short while she moved to the Midlands and carried on working part time whilst raising a family. She has now returned to Epping and is delighted to join our team as an experienced valued member.
She enjoys all aspects of family general dentistry and has a special interest in direct aesthetic restoations to improve the appearanceof teeth with minimal intervention.She is committed to continuous professional developmemt to ensure that she remains up to date to offer the safe and most up to date treatments available.
Her kind and calm demenour is particulartly apprecaited by her nervous and anxious patients.
Outside of dentistry she enjoys travelling , keeping fit and loves undertaking arts and crafts with her 2 young girls.

Charlotte is Head Nurse at the practice, a role that covers all aspects of nursing in the Dental Practice environment and Oral Surgery, whilst managing our team of dental nurses and trainees. She has a calm and reassuring manner at the chair side, putting patients at ease during appointments.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys keeping fit, going to the gym, socialising and spending time with her family and young son. When the opportunity arises, Charlotte likes to go snowboarding.

Emma qualified in 2010 from Eastman Dental Hospital with a combined Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Prior to this, Emma spent 4 years as a dental nurse. Emma's extensive knowledge helps her identify underlying health conditions that may affect a patient's periodontal disease. Her varied experience in private, NHS and community clinics means that Emma is able to treat different severities of gum disease and is comfortable accompanying a patient throughout their full course of treatment. Emma is an enthusiastic Hygienist and prides herself on her gentle approach. She thoroughly enjoys educating patients in all aspects of their oral health and strives to ensure all patients leave the practice knowing how to achieve the most from their oral hygiene routine. In her free time, Emma enjoys socialising and keeping fit.

Natasha qualified from Cardiff University in 2001
She has gained further post graduate qualifications MFDSRCS which is a higher level of study in dentistry.
She joined Hawthorn Dental Practice in 2003 and enjoys all aspects of dentistry but is particularly interested in crown and bridge restorative dentistry as well as a natural ability in working with children.
In her spare time she enjoys reading and taking care of her two children.

Rahul is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Endodontic Society.
We are delighted to introduce Shelley, who has joined the practice as part of our well-established reception team. She has had many years in customer service roles, with the most recent being in healthcare environments. Shelley is highly organised, with an excellent ability to manage a diary and patient requirements, whilst remaining open and flexible to change.

Tanya has many years of experience working in the dental field, having previously worked as a practice manager for a busy dental practice. You can be assured of her excellent customer service with the reassurance that she has an excellent knowledge base regarding dentistry. Tanya is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that the patient feels comfortable and is accommodated.

Dentistry has always been a passion in her life. Tatiana likes to put anxious patients at ease with her kind and informative approach.
Outside of work she enjoys being active, spending time with her family walking the dog, climbing mountains, camping, travelling and attending concerts.
