I have over twenty years experience as a learning and development specialist and coach both within the NHS and as an independent consultant. I have a sound understanding of management and leadership theory combined with a highly practical approach which I use to design and deliver effective learning interventions. This includes training programmes, coaching, facilitation and team development. I tend to work in public sector organisations including local authorities, county councils, the NHS as well as universities and third sector organisations... My previous experience includes designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes for middle and senior NHS managers focussed on addressing tricky people management situations and delivering service change and improvement.
