IZUEI
Updated 56 days ago
Izuei dates back about 300 years. Edo, as Tokyo was then known, was the birthplace of a rich and varied food culture, including nigiri sushi, soba, and tempura. And virtually synonymous with the food of Edo was unagi, or eel. It is our joy - and our pride - that for over nine generations, Izuei has carried on the legacy of Edo unagi cuisine...
The skill of our master chefs who grill the highest-quality eel to plump, fragrant perfection. A setting true to the beauty of Japan and hospitality to enhance your pleasure. And a sincere desire to share Japan's food culture and Edo's native unagi cuisine with the world.
