It was in the Cooper store, that my wife and kids became more involved. We love working together as a family. Our goal is to serve quality food and give excellent service honoring the proud traditions passed down from our family. We make everything fresh from our own sausage, meatballs, sauces and delicious soups. We clean and cut fresh veal legs. We have no microwaves, no fryers and we don't use any chemical additives. Everyone who works here is like family. Our high school students who work for us have to maintain good grades or they cannot work till they improve their grades...
