Adam is a Transfer Pricing specialist with over ten years professional experience in this field. He has provided assistance to large multinationals in numerous industrial sectors in Italy, e.g. the real estate, automotive, pharmaceutical, energy and luxury goods sectors. In particular, Adam has helped with drafting appropriate TP documentation in line with the EU TP Code of Conduct and the OECD BEPS Action Plan, has assisted clients with negotiated settlements (APAs, MAPs), M&A due diligence, transfer pricing policy planning and business (re)structuring. Adam has extensive experience and knowledge of transfer pricing requirements and regulations, both at the national and international level, for example in the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Hungary. He has advised local and foreign multinational entities on Country-by-Country (CbC) documentation, helping them with local CbC reporting and notifications. Adam is also part of Meijburg & Co's ESG team, which, together with the KPMG ESG network, advises clients on fulfilling and being compliant with their ESG goals.
Aldo is a highly experienced tax lawyer who has provided tax services to a multitude of clients over the past 30 years. His main area of focus is international corporate income tax. As an attorney-at-law, he assists clients who have a dispute with the tax authorities, both in and outside the Netherlands. Aldo specializes in resolving complex tax issues, offering both subject matter expertise and ethical, tactical and strategic input.

As an all-round tax advisor, Bernard has extensive experience in the international tax practice that includes cross-border transactions, tax accounting and compliance, mergers, acquisitions, and international reorganizations. Next to this, he supports companies in developing internal tax strategy and policies to enhance good corporate governance and to meet evolving and future new requirements related to tax transparency of multinational companies.
Bernard is member of the Global KPMG IMPACT network, and the Netherlands country lead for KPMG's Tax Impact Reporting services. In addition, he is Head of KPMG Meijburg & Co's French desk and Head of our International Taxation Knowledge Group.
Bernard joined Meijburg & Co in 2004. Since 2008, he is a lecturer at the Université Paris Dauphine in France.
