North Vancouver registered massage therapist, Clifford graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1990. He has been providing high quality massage therapy care in North Vancouver for over 20 years. Clifford co-created Second Narrows Massage Therapy Clinic in 1997 in its current location in Mountain View Village. Clifford had the honour of teaching at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1993 until 2000. Clifford also spent four years as a board member of the Massage Therapists Association of British Columbia. Clifford's practice of 20 years has focused on helping his clients overcome injuries, manage chronic conditions and correct bio-mechanical dysfunction. He primarily focuses on deep tissue massage, myo-fascial release and muscle energy techniques. Clifford continues to take classes and courses to constantly upgrade his skills and knowledge to address as many needs as possible to best serve North Vancouver. Clifford has an active lifestyle throughout his life from skiing, snowboarding, cycling, golf, running, gym workouts and ice hockey. He believes that being active is a crucial part of a healthy body, mind and soul.

Dr. Amy Wiggins

She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) with clinical honours distinction and has taken a wide variety of therapy and rehabilitation courses in the years following graduation. Some of these courses include: Active Release Technique (ART), Functional Range Release (FR), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) through the Prague School of Rehabilitation. She is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and incorporates deep fascial stretching and yoga based rehabilitation into her treatments when needed. In her spare time Amy plays competitive soccer and regularly attends yoga and pilates classes. She also currently volunteer teaches Hatha yoga with COAST mental health.

Dr. Matthew Wentzell

Dr. Wentzell was born and raised in a small town on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. With interests in sport, physical activity and rehabilitation, Dr. Wentzell's post-secondary education began in Wolfville, Nova Scotia at Acadia University where he completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with "Acadian Scholar" distinction. Following his undergraduate degree, Dr. Wentzell attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario where he completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Cum Laude and Clinical Honors distinctions. His clinical internship provided him with two unique experiences, having worked in both public health center and rehabilitation hospital settings. Since moving to BC, Dr. Wentzell completed his Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of British Columbia and is currently completing a post-doctoral Sport Sciences Residency through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sport Sciences (Canada). He has also pursued additional education in Strength and Conditioning through the NSCA, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University, Functional Range Release (FR), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and the Altis Performance Therapy program. Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Wentzell is actively involved in various sport and health organizations. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for SportMedBC and is a member for the RCCSS(C)'s Sports Sciences Conference Committee. With a focus on sport injury care, Dr. Wentzell works with athletes of all ages and skill levels. He is currently a therapy provider for the BC Lions (CFL) and has been involved with the core medical staff of numerous sporting events including but not limited to the 2019 Americas Softball Olympic Qualifying Event, 2015 LPGA CP Women's Open, the 2015-2018 Vancouver-based PGA Tour Canada events, the 2016 Women's World Softball Championship, the 2016 Americas Masters Games, the 2016 World Taekwondo Junior Championships, the 2017 Federation Internationale de Hockey World League Round 2 Event and the 2017 Youth Bouldering Nationals. When Dr. Wentzell is not working, he enjoys playing hockey and hiking BC's amazing trail systems.

Dr. Paul Wiggins

North Vancouver Chiropractor Dr. Paul Wiggins began his education because he had always experienced remarkable results from outstanding chiropractors for sports injuries, neck pain, back pain and sciatica. He continues to receive regular spine and sports chiropractic care that helps give him longevity in a physical profession. He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 1987 and immediately experienced clinical success utilizing a combination of state-of-the-art chiropractic, rehabilitation and soft-tissue techniques for treating patients presenting with a wide range of conditions. The detailed knowledge of the entire nervous and musculoskeletal systems combined with integrating the art and science of spinal and joint manipulation has provided him with an extremely rewarding career as a sports injury and family chiropractor. He has pursued extensive post-graduate training in sports-injury care and soft-tissue rehabilitation with Active Release Technique (ART) since 2001. He became an ART Instructor in 2006 and teaching ART to chiropractors, massage therapists and physiotherapists has became a very rewarding experience.These additional tools and techniques have been instrumental in being a comprehensive team chiropractor/trainer and clinician. He has worked with men's and women's soccer teams, dancers, gymnasts, track and field, triathletes and runners of all types; from amateur to highly competitive athletes and professionals as well as musicians and workers who suffer repetitive strain injuries. He also enjoys public speaking and has guest-lectured on topics which include running injuries, gait biomechanics, healthy aging, inflammation and exercise as well as promoting fitness and optimal training methods for North Shore Athletics and the Running room. "In 1980 I was very lucky to have met a lovely, intelligent, North Shore teacher who became my wife in 1980; after supporting me through 7 years of school we returned to North Vancouver in 1987 where we have raised three outstanding (now adult) kids who makes us proud parents. Kristin is currently the office manager at Mountain Health and Performance Clinic where my daughter/chiropractor, Dr. Amy Wiggins, also practices. I am passionate about many things; especially music ( I am a drummer in two North Shore rock bands ),the arts, yoga, hiking, travelling, teaching and continuing education all of which help me help the North Shore be a healthier, active place to live."
