Anne K. Altman has served as a director since 2017 and Co-Vice Chair since 2021. She retired from a distinguished career at IBM where she served in a variety of roles and functions. Most recently she was the general manager of U.S. Federal and Government Industries at IBM, and previously held the role of general manager, Global Public Sector. In those roles she led the transformation of its public sector business, incorporating advanced capabilities including security, analytics, cognitive, digital, commerce and cloud. Ms. Altman is actively involved with public sector industry groups including the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the American Council for Technology and the Industry Advisory Council, the Professional Services Council and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. Additionally, she is active with civic groups and serves on the National Symphony Orchestra‘s Executive Committee as the Treasurer and chairs the Finance Committee. Bruce L. Caswell - CEO, President

Bruce Caswell assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director of Maximus on April 1, 2018, and has served as President since October 2014. Mr. Caswell has held several senior leadership roles overseeing all segments of the Company's business since joining Maximus in 2004. Mr. Caswell leads the Company's strategy for helping governments navigate major policy reform and modernization efforts and implement solutions to meet challenging requirements supporting some of the largest civilian programs globally including Medicaid, Medicare, the Decennial Census, CDC pandemic vaccinations, and disability benefit assessments for U.S. veterans and U.K. citizens. Through its recently updated 3-5 Year Strategic Plan, the company will continue to expand its core capabilities to include a growing level of clinical expertise, providing digital citizen services, and delivering technology solutions to meet the mission requirements of its customers. Underpinning this plan was the successful completion of several large acquisitions in 2021, including Attain Federal and Veterans' Evaluation Services (VES). Mr. Caswell brings more than 30 years of public sector health and human services program and operational experience, which includes management consulting, systems integration, and operations for government clients at all levels. Prior to joining Maximus in 2004, Mr. Caswell worked in several capacities for IBM including Vice President of State and Local Government and Education, as well as Director of Federal Business Development within IBM's Business Consulting Services. He started his career at Price Waterhouse's Office of Government Services. Mr. Caswell serves on the Board of the Greater Washington Partnership (GWP), as Vice Chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), and on the Board of the Wolf Trap Foundation. A four-time (2019-2022) winner of the Wash100 award recognizing the most influential leaders in the GovCon sector, Mr. Caswell was also selected as CEO of the Year for 2022 (Public Company) by Washington Executive. Mr. Caswell holds a B.A. in economics from Haverford College and a Master of Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Bruce L. Bruce Perkins

Bruce Perkins has represented Maximus for over 20 years, first as outside counsel and then as Deputy General Counsel since 2011. In that time he has engaged with federal, state, local, and international governments worldwide. In addition to his client-facing representation of Maximus on a variety of matters, Bruce leads the contracts department. Additionally, he is responsible for alliance partnership agreements and provides assistance to the General Counsel on intellectual property matters as well as dispute resolution and litigation matters. Prior to joining Maximus, Bruce was a partner at Fritz, Byrne, Head & Harrison, where he practiced commercial litigation for more than 20 years, overseeing complex disputes and contested cases. He began his career in law as an Assistant Attorney General in the Texas Attorney General's Office. Bruce attended the University of Texas for his undergraduate education and the University of Texas School of Law.

Christopher Dabek

Christopher Dabek is the Senior Vice President of the Standardized Operations & Analytics group (SOA) at Maximus. This shared services organization delivers operational, analytical, project management, and other support services to all three of Maximus' operating segments. In leading the Standardized Operations & Analytics group, Mr. Dabek is responsible for enabling Maximus' global delivery and growth by providing core shared services in operations, analytics, and project management; the maturation of the company's analytical capabilities; and the continuous assessment and improvement of supported services. Mr. Dabek joined Maximus in September 2008 as part of the Maximus Management Development Program and has held several operational leadership and delivery roles within Maximus overall and within the U.S. Services Segment. He helped lead the creation of the Standardized Operations & Analytics team as the company's shared service team in 2014, establishing and growing the Operations delivery service from a team of 150 in 2015 to a team of more than 2,000 eligibility and customer support representatives in 2021. Before that, he implemented and led medium and large-scale contracts for the U.S. Services segment. Before coming to Maximus, he was a Senior Consultant at Touchstone Consulting, providing strategy development and implementation consulting services to Federal Government Agencies. Mr. Dabek earned a Master in Public Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in leadership studies from the University of Richmond.

Dan Biernacki

Dan Biernacki is a Senior Vice President of Digital Solutions at Maximus. In this role, he looks after digital innovation efforts and oversees three organizational units: Digital Solutions, the Emerging Technologies Center of Excellence, and the Transformation Office. These three units focus on enabling self-sustaining, business-driven, technology-enabled digital transformation throughout the company through the application of technologies ranging from artificial intelligence and robotic process automation to native mobile applications and n-tier web applications. Mr. Biernacki is passionate about helping organizations create game-changing digital strategies, understanding users, creating delightful user experiences, and providing flawless solution delivery execution. He joined MAXIMUS as a Vice President of Digital Delivery in January 2019, bringing years of experience in business-driven digital transformation, complex systems integration, technology delivery, product development, and service & user experience design. Before joining Maximus, Mr. Biernacki worked at Accenture Interactive (now Accenture Song) as a Digital Delivery Executive, where he led the strategy, design, and implementation of numerous digital assets for organizations across multiple industries, including communications, media, high tech, consumer goods & services, industrial goods & services, and pharmaceuticals. He has also served as an instructor, designing and teaching courses in the areas of user experience (UX), user interface (UI), informatics, and agile delivery. Mr. Biernacki earned a degree in information technology & informatics from Rutgers University. He also serves on the advisory board for Rutgers University's Design Thinking program and the advisory board for the Illinois Institute of Technology Office of Professional and Continuing Education (OPCE).

David Casey

David Casey creates relationships with and advises government officials as they develop, implement, and oversee public policy. He serves as one of the Company's primary leads for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. In this role, he works closely with national and international organizations across the three branches of government, guiding policy implementation to improve quality outcomes and increase operational efficiencies. David has extensive experience across state and federal programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, ACA, Public Health, Child Welfare, Child Support, Education, Unemployment, Employment Services, and Criminal Justice. David brings more than 30 years of experience, including successfully leading large-scale information technology implementation, systems development, and business process operations projects for health and human services, administrative, legislative, and regulatory governmental agencies. David joined Maximus in 1994 and served in a variety of operational and corporate management positions. He is currently part of the Executive Committee and serves as Treasurer on the Maximus Foundation Board of Directors. In addition, David serves on the Northern Virginia Technology Council's Political Action Committee (TechPAC) Board of Trustees, the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) Foundation Board of Directors, Florida TaxWatch Executive Committee, and the Princeton Conference Advisory Board. Before joining Maximus, David was a Government Account Executive with Wang Laboratories and, prior to that, was the New York and New England District Support Services Manager for Motorola Computer Systems. Eileen Cassidy Rivera

Eileen Cassidy Rivera is the Vice President of Communications and Public Relations at Maximus. In this role, she creates and builds relationships with external stakeholders to shape the company's awareness and reputation as a leading provider of government services to federal, state, and global governments. She is an award-winning corporate and government executive, public affairs strategist, and policy leader with proven experience advancing interests to promote and protect equitable healthcare and education access to improve the wellbeing of Americans and global citizens. Having served at every level of government - federal, state, and local - Ms. Rivera's ability to analyze and process complex information quickly, zero in on strategic solutions, and creatively communicate to engage and persuade targeted audiences has benefited numerous organizations and causes throughout her career. Before joining Maximus, Ms. Rivera was Director of Government Services at Cerner, now Oracle Cerner, a global Fortune 500 healthcare technology company. While there, she led communications, branding, and marketing strategies to promote Cerner's work with the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Defense, and Homeland Security to improve the healthcare of service members, Veterans, caregivers, and their families. Her efforts ignited a national conversation about the need to reduce suicide among Veterans through a public engagement campaign focused on reducing the stigma of mental health and brain injuries that often prevent at-risk Veterans from seeking support before they are in crisis. Ms. Rivera has also served in executive leadership roles at other government contractors and healthcare technology companies, including Ciox, Harris (now L3Harris), Vangent (now GDIT), and EDS (now HP Enterprise). In 2022 and 2020, Ms. Rivera was named by WashingtonExec as one of the Top 25 Communications and Marketing Executives to Watch. She has published numerous articles and columns that have appeared in various publications, including Washington Technology, Ragan's PR Daily, Patient Safety and Quality Healthcare, Alexandria Gazette, and Alexandria Times. She contributed a chapter on Corporate Branding best practices to the new book Government Marketing Best Practices 2.0: What You Need to Know for Accelerated Success. Before her successful corporate career, Ms. Rivera served in the Clinton administration, leading international trade and export promotion programs at the Department of Commerce and the Small Business Administration. In the final year of the administration, she served as Director of Press and Public Affairs at the Peace Corps. Active in her community, Ms. Rivera serves on numerous boards, including the Advisory Board of the Ron Brown Scholar Program. This program encourages civic engagement among young African Americans of outstanding promise while promoting academic excellence, community, and lifelong interactions through academic scholarships, service opportunities, and leadership experiences. Additionally, former Virginia governors Terry McAuliffe and Ralph Northam named Ms. Rivera to the Board of Visitors of Gunston Hall, the home of George Mason, who wrote Virginia's first Constitution and the Virginia Declaration of Rights, the precursor to the U.S. Constitution. From 2006 - 2009, Ms. Rivera served on the school board for Alexandria (V.A.) City Public Schools. At the end of her term, she earned the accolade of "Education Advocate of the Year" for her efforts to close the achievement gap for minority and disabled students. Frank Aiello

Frank Aiello is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Maximus, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the information security program across the enterprise. He is an experienced leader with more than 29 years of business and technical experience specializing in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Maximus in August 2018, Mr. Aiello was the CISO for the American Red Cross, where he implemented a strategy focused on maturing its security program. He began his career in professional services, culminating in his roles as the vice president managing the Washington, D.C. office for a mid-sized consulting firm and the Mid-Atlantic technology practice leader for a "Big Four" accounting firm. Over the years, he has consulted with large corporations across various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and energy, as well as federal government agencies. Mr. Aiello holds a Master of Science degree in software systems engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Penn State University.

Gayathri Rajan

Gayathri Rajan has served as one of our directors since 2016. Since April 2022 she has been the Chief Product Officer for Drive Wealth, a pioneer in embedded investing. From 2006 to 2022 she was employed by Google serving in roles of increasing responsibility leading product development in Google's Payments, Ads, Android and Maps divisions. In 2018 Ms. Rajan was named Google's General Manager for Google Maps' enterprise product lines and business. Before joining Google she served in product leadership roles with Financial Engines from 2004 to 2005 and with eCal Corp from 1999 to 2001. She was a Senior Software Engineer for The Vanguard Group from 1997 to 1999. Jan D. Madsen, CPA, has served as director since 2020. Raymond B. Ruddy has served as a director since 2004. Mr. Ruddy retired from Maximus in 2001.
