Alec Hayton

Alec Hayton has been in the Medicare insurance industry for over five years. His passion is to improve the agent experience so they can focus on their professional growth and ability to serve their clients. Alec has experience selling Medicare Advantage and DSNPs and understands what it's like to be an agent in today's world. Alec has also worked in contracting and onboarding where his knowledge of the FMO side of the business and what happens on the agent side gives him the unique ability to create a process that makes onboarding effective and efficient for the agent.

Angie Jones

Angie Jones joined NCC with many years of experience in insurance. She is extremely thorough and makes sure that agents have the right products and carriers to expand their business and become more profitable. She follows through with everything in a meticulous manner to make sure every agent gets what they need. Angie has extensive experience in assisting agencies get their Medicare business off the ground and successful.

Barbara Cales

Brandon Hall

Brandon Hall joined NCC with an extensive background in Insurance and Financial Services training. Originally from Mississippi, Brandon has called East TN home for almost 2 decades. Specializing in content creation and delivery, Brandon currently works with the marketing team to help create engaging and meaningful training for agents and marketers.

Chance Hall

Coming from the collegiate football coaching profession, Chance Hall brings a unique perspective to the NCC contracting team. His attention to detail, ability to work with different software, and quick learning style will bring on new ideas and add diversity to his role. As a graduate of the Haslam School of Business at The University of Tennessee, his passion for data and networking makes him a great asset to the NCC contracting team.

Christopher Paris

Christopher manages Finance and Information Technology for both NCC and our sister company Senior Financial Group. He joined NCC in 2020 with 9 years of accounting experience, as well as a background in IT. Christopher's attention to detail and diligence help NCC's finances and technology run at peak efficiency.

Claudia Leyva

In 2004, Claudia Leyva began a Medicare Community Outreach Associate in the Bronx, transitioned into becoming a top selling insurance agent for Empire BCBS of NYC, and then eventually moved into a Medicare Broker Manager role at Cigna. As Claudia progressed through her career, her biggest take aways were that she knows what brokers look for when assessing carrier products that best match client needs and that she understands the importance of partnering with a close knit FMO that provides a platform for developing agents, their business, and supporting their long-term growth with the power to stay. Partnering together comes down to trust, experience, and giving each other the ability to evolve internally as a company and externally for our agents.

Connie Floyd

Courtney Vidas

Danielle Byers

Danielle Byers joined NCC with 30+ years' experience in the Life and Health insurance industry. She has spent the last 14 years in health insurance in both Medicare and Under 65 products working for the carriers as a field agent representative. Danielle believes that relationships with agents are at the heart of everything we do and strives to connect and build friendships as well as working relationships with the agents she works for.

David Bottoms

David has been in the insurance industry since 2012 and joined the NCC team in March of 2023 to help with agents from behind the scenes after working as a Benefits Consultant with SFG. Graduating from The University of Tennessee with a bachelor's in economics 2012, he brings value to the team by being excellent with numbers and attention to detail. Striving to find the good in every situation, he continues to exemplify our core values.

Guy Adams

Guy joins NCC with a background working in customer experience reporting with a focus on providing a "voice of the customer/client" through analysis on contact drivers. He excels at providing actionable insights into the state of the operation through measurable KPIs and metrics. Guy's prior experience working with Walt Disney World and Discovery Inc/Warner Bros Discovery and brings an exciting and diverse view to our team.

Haifa George

Haifa is responsible for managing Human Resources, including talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, policies & procedures, employee relations & development, payroll, among other valuable organizational elements. Her goal is to bring positivity to the workforce by implementing policies and programs that shape NCC into an employer of choice.

Heather Burley

Heather heads up NCC's Sales and Development Departments. She initially joined the company in 2018 in Licensing and Contracting and has served in several roles since then. Heather has extensive experience managing both projects and people, and is always willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Her goal as the Head of Sales and Development is to ensure the highest level of support is available to all of NCC's agents and agencies while helping shape a company culture that aligns our team's values with NCC's mission.

John Pontiff
