OCTOPUSH

The Chesham Octopush Touring and Drinking Club made its second appearance at the annual Turnhout tournament, only the second year that clubs from outside Belgium have been invited (we were the first: see last year for further info). One sad aspect of this year's tournament was that in the intervening year since our first appearance at this tournament, the host club had declined to a point where it had actually folded, so the 15th annual Turnhout tournament was actually held without any participation from the host club... Club Overview: The current incarnation of Chesham Octopush Club was formed in 1989 by father & son team, Bill and Toby Wells, and has been the formative stable of a number of today's top players...
