Pier 1 is a purpose built bar & restaurant complex & probably one of the newest one of such complexes in Ireland, being crafted & designed by one of Ireland's award -winning architects. It sits on one of Donegal Town's premier sites, steeped in hidtory from bygone times & sited over the original pier which served the local inhabitants of this part of Donegal. Pier 1 is a family owned & run business , the proprietors, the Breslin family, have been in the business of running high quality bar & restaurant facilities within the Donegal Town area for more than 60 years & stretches over three generations.
