She earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing at New Jersey City University and her Master of Science in Nursing at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Celestina's prior experience is predominantly in the acute care settings. She began her career as a Registered nurse in the Cardiovascular and Intensive care unit at St Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey.
She provides family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex health care problems beginning in childhood and continuing throughout the aging process.
