Serene Capital Management was established in 2011 by its Managing Partner, Scott Lavinia, who has had a successful career in a variety of professional services industries such as private equity, hedge funds, consulting and private wealth management... At Serene Capital Management, we consider investments in several real estate sectors including multi-family housing, commercial and industrial. Our target assets are developed properties with full, or close to full, occupancy in densely populated geographies. We will consider both leveraged and un-leveraged transaction structures.
