Sapporo is the first restaurant in Sudbury Ontario to serve genuine Japanese cuisine (2001). Under the operation of Jeff and Angela, the menu includes sushi, maki, sashimi, teriyaki, tempura, bento boxes, noodle dishes, hot sake, and much more.
