The company was founded in 2002 by Andy Swanson and Tony Lyons who have extensive experience in working in the care sector. In setting the company up they wanted to ensure the clients received the best support in their own homes, allowing them to live the lives they choose for themselves... Although the company has grown substantially over the years, we have a small management team who have worked with us for a number of years, allowing our clients continuity with communication and helping us to build and maintain good relationships with both the clients and carers.
