Ruchi Gupta is the Founder and Managing Director. She has more than a decade of experience in the executive search industry. Her strong client engagement skills and ability to connect through networks has allowed her to establish and build long-term relationships with clients. She has handled middle & senior level mandates for multinationals and large Indian conglomerates across the country. She has handled multiple assignments in Consulting and HR space. Her upbeat personality and engaging personal style has allowed her to develop productive working relationships with several large corporations.
She has earlier worked with a well known search and selection company in New Delhi. She has studied Bachelors in Business Management and holds a post graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She also holds a Masters degree in Economics and has an Advanced Diploma in Software Technology.
