SYSCTL

The main focus for Sysctl is to work with product development. We have developed two commercial products so far - Deaddrop and Impex. Deaddrop is a tool for secure file sharing and transport of large datasets. It was developed since we needed it inhouse for the consulting business. After some years as an inhouse tool, it was extended and repackaged to become a product. Impex came to life as a result of a large international corporation asking for a solution to handle USB media in a better way... Our product range has come to life because of our own needs. Our web based secure file transfer appliance Deaddrop was invented out of necessity to transfer sensitive and confidential information to clients, who were missing a secure way to receive the data. Our USB kiosk Impex has about the same story, but for removable media, as a versatile tool for perimeter protection... We are security geeks. IT security has come a long way the past 20 years, both the offensive and defensive parts of it...
