TriCorp Investments is a privately funded, full service real estate development firm that offers turnkey development, acquisition, and tenant rep services on a national basis. The company was formed in 2010 as a partnership between Tricore Partners and Baldridge Properties (private investment and retail developer) that has owned and operated commercial real estate since 1970 throughout the United States. Transactions have included hundreds of single tenant build to suits and numerous banks, drug stores, and convenience stores. Founded in 2002, Tricore Partners focused exclusively on retail real estate development- successfully completing projects with most major retailers in the industry ranging from Target, Kohl's, & Best Buy to CVS & Starbucks.
