YOGA MAGIC

Yoga Magic is yoga designed for children aged 3 - 12 years. As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and Yoga Teacher I am very fortunate to be able to combine the two passions in my life - teaching children and yoga. I bring 9 years of teaching experience having worked in a variety of schools and prior to school settings as a classroom teacher. I am also a qualified Yoga teacher and teach Yoga to adults through the second part of my business, Coming Home Yoga... Yoga allows children to be themselves in a warm, safe, nurturing and non-competitive environment. The motto of each class is to have fun! Yoga Magic children are provided with opportunities to be empowered, to learn, create, love and share. Healthy living is promoted through guiding and teaching children to develop awareness and knowledge of their own mind, breath and body.
