Fallon Oldman

Fallon is currently a trainee paralegal completing her apprenticeship with Ronaldsons. She started with the firm in March 2023 and has found working with the family team rewarding. She has always had a keen interest in the law, and is glad to be doing what she enjoys. Outside of work she spends a lot of my time with her family or reading.

Kieran Freeth

Kieran has been eager to get into the world of finance since leaving High school. Initially Kieran went on to start a Training contract with Larking Gowen as a Corporate Auditor and Advisor working towards his level 3 and 4 AAT qualifications to be a qualified member of the Association of Accounting technicians. After taking a break from pursuing his AAT training Kieran has been eagerly looking to continue studying independently whilst working as a Finance Assistant at Ronaldsons. Kieran spends most of his free time during the year competing across the UK playing American football but when the seasons over you will usually see him bouldering in Norwich."

Kim Riseborough

Kim joined the Conveyancing Team at Ronaldsons in 2014 after a career as a buyer and accounts manager in the manufacturing sector. Kim works across our Property and Finance teams, providing rigorous administrative and financial coordination for our firm.

Kirstin Wright

Kirstin joined our Family Law team as a Trainee Solicitor in August 2021 after completing her LLB in Law at the University of East Anglia and an LLM in Legal Practice at the University of Law. Kirstin qualified into our Family Department as a Solicitor in August 2023. In her spare time Kirstin enjoys spending walking her two dogs, participating and competing in country activities and socialising with her friends and family.

Lynette Jowett

Lynette joined Ronaldsons conveyancing department in 2022 as a paralegal after working in education for most of her career. She works on both sales and purchase matters. In her spare time Lynette enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.

Michael Riches

Michael graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2012 with an LL.B (Hons) in Law. He studied his post-graduate Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Cambridge. Michael received a full scholarship for the LPC. Michael began his career in residential property with MJP Conveyancing in 2014 where he also completed his training to qualify as a solicitor. Michael qualified in March 2017 and then joined another local firm in October 2017. Michael was brought onboard to Ronaldsons Solicitors in July 2021 to head up our Residential Property Law team. Michael specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, equity release, remortgages and transfers of equity. Michael spends his free time socialising with friends and also enjoys reading and gaming. He also likes to travel as much as he can.

Molly Greenwood

Molly joined Ronaldsons in November 2020 as a Trainee Paralegal in the Property Department. She has since passed her Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship with CILEX Law School. In her free time, she enjoys seeing friends and family, reading, and going on weekend breaks away.

Trish joined the Ronaldson team in March 2023 providing administration assistance to the Family Team. She has many years of admin experience and loving the challenges and diversity of the role at Ronaldsons. Richard Ronaldson - Founder, Managing Director

Richard Ronaldson is Managing Director, founder of the firm in 1995 and team leader of the Family Department at Ronaldsons. He was born in Norwich. Richard graduated with a degree in law from Warwick University in 1978. He undertook his training contract in Norwich at Cozens-Hardy & Jewson. He qualified in 1982. In the early stages of his career Richard had a mixed practice and worked in criminal law, family law, civil litigation and conveyancing. However, by the time he founded the practice he specialised in family law and has continued to do so.

Robert Stronge

Robert Stronge is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with over 35 years' experience in Family Law. Robert joined a firm of solicitors as a trainee in 1979 and has worked in law ever since. He qualified as an Associate Legal Executive in 1982, and then joined Belmores in 1983 where he remained for 21 years. Initially he had a mixed caseload, including family law, conveyancing & wills, general litigation and a little criminal law. However, since 1994 he has specialised exclusively in the field of Family Law. In 2014 Robert was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Robert joined the Ronaldsons Family Law team in 2005 where he deals with divorce, children cases, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements and has particular expertise in representing and advising on the financial consequences of marriage and relationship breakdowns, including pensions. Robert's wealth of knowledge has gained him a reputation for giving clear advice and a firm but conciliatory approach with fellow professionals.

Sandra Carter

Sandra joined Ronaldsons in March 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. Before that, she worked at Lambert Pugh until their closure earlier in the year. She has worked in conveyancing for 5 years in both sales and purchase departments. In her spare time she enjoys walking, gardening and reading.

Sarah Denny

Sarah Denny is a Solicitor with over 25 years experience dealing exclusively with family law. Sarah started work at Belmores in 1991 where she qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. After moving to join the Family Law Team at Ronaldsons in 2000, she went onto qualify as a solicitor in 2004. In 2013 Sarah undertook mediation training and whilst she does not offer mediation as such, she is mindful of a conciliatory approach when advising and representing clients, whilst always ensuring that they are given the best advice in their particular circumstances. Sarah continues to specialise in all areas of separation, whether married, unmarried or in civil partnerships in respect of the financial aspects and/or arrangements for the children, including representation at court.

Tracy Bunn

Tracy is a Specialist Qualified Paralegal in family law who is currently training as a Chartered Legal Executive. She currently works with all members of the family team, supporting them deliver for our clients. She is often the first point of contact for clients, dealing with enquiries and ensuring they are dealt with promptly and effectively. She also accompanies clients at court hearings.
