Andreas Wagner serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Aerojet Rocketdyne. In this role, he works closely with Business Unit and Center of Excellence leaders, overseeing organizational and cultural development; talent acquisition; training and development; workforce and succession planning; leadership development; performance management; human resources information systems; and benefits and wellness. Mr. Wagner has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the military and private sector. Previously, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the global Aerospace, Defense, and Marine group at TE Connectivity, where he created a high-performing organization with a growth-oriented mindset and a learning culture. Prior to joining TE Connectivity, Mr. Wagner served in global Human Resources leadership roles for various divisions within Bombardier Transportation. He led and implemented several global large scale HR and business projects in Europe, Asia and the U.S. that aligned employees with a culture committed to enhancing the company's value to customers and shareholders. Prior to becoming an HR leader, he progressed through various business functions and served 12 years active duty in the German military where he led a NATO air defense unit and was the commanding officer of a military installation in Southern Germany. Mr. Wagner obtained a Master's degree in Sports Science from the University of Munich and is an experienced executive coach.

As CFO, Dan Boehle reports to the Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. CEO and President Eileen P. Drake. In this role, he serves as a member of the executive management team, participating in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, the operating model and operational execution. In addition, he directs and is responsible for the organization's accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records as well as the preparation and interpretation of financial reports for management and external groups. Mr. Boehle plays a key role in the administration of critical corporate governance matters as they relate to a public company. In conjunction with Ms. Drake, Mr. Boehle serves as the focal point for communication with the board of directors, senior management and company shareholders. In August 2017 Mr. Boehle joined Aerojet Rocketdyne as vice president, controller and principal accounting officer. Over the last several years, he has led the company's efforts to streamline Aerojet Rocketdyne's finance and accounting practices to increase efficiency and reduce overhead expenditures. Previously, Mr. Boehle worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation for more than 15 years where he served in positions of increasing responsibility, including director for Aerospace Systems sector financial planning, reporting and analysis as well as corporate assistant controller and director of internal audit. Mr. Boehle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, a Master of Business Administration from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eileen P. Drake is chief executive officer and president of Aerojet Rocketdyne, responsible for defining the company's vision, guiding the strategic business plan, and building relationships with customers and stakeholders. She currently serves on the Aerojet Rocketdyne Board of Directors. Ms. Drake joined Aerojet Rocketdyne in March 2015 as chief operating officer. She was previously with United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where she served as president of Pratt & Whitney AeroPower's auxiliary power unit and small turbojet propulsion business. She also served as the vice president of Operations and vice president of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) for UTC's Carrier Corporation, as well as for Pratt & Whitney. Prior to joining UTC, Ms. Drake managed production operations at both the Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation, where she was Ford's product line manager for steering systems and plant manager of Visteon's fuel system operation. During her military career, Ms. Drake served on active duty for seven years as a U.S. Army aviator and airfield commander of Davison Army Airfield in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Ms. Drake is a distinguished military graduate of the U.S. Army Aviation Officer School. She received a Master of Business Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Rochelle. She also received an honorary doctorate degree in Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She holds commercial and private pilot's licenses in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Appointed to the board of Woodward, Inc. in 2017, Ms. Drake currently serves as the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Woodward, Inc. is an independent designer, manufacturer and service provider of control system solutions and components for the aerospace and industrial markets. Ms. Drake has been serving on the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) since 2018 and was a member of AIA's Executive Committee from November 2018 to November 2020. AIA helps shape the American aerospace and defense industries' future by advocating for polices and responsible budgets that keep our country strong, bolster our capacity to innovate, and spur our economic growth. Ms. Drake has served on the Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) National Board of Directors since 2020. The 2.5 million member GSUSA is the nation's preeminent leadership development organization for girls, with programs coast to coast and across the globe. From June 2020 to June 2022 Ms. Drake served on the National Space Council's Users' Advisory Group (UAG). The UAG is a federal advisory committee that advises the National Space Council on U.S. national space policy and approaches to strengthen U.S. leadership in space.

Greg Jones serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Aerojet Rocketdyne, and as an officer of parent company, Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. In this role, he oversees the company's strategic planning, technology planning & development, corporate development, and the capture of new business, reporting to the President & CEO. Mr. Jones has more than 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Prior to joining Aerojet Rocketdyne, he served as the vice president of Corporate Business Development & International Programs for Orbital ATK. Previous to that, he was vice president of Corporate Strategy & Business Development and vice president of Corporate Strategy & Development while at Orbital Sciences. He began his career as an engineer, supporting both space and defense programs while at McDonnell Douglas. He advanced professionally through a series of progressive leadership roles in systems engineering, technology development & planning, advanced programs & development, strategy & business development, and corporate strategy & development while at McDonnell Douglas and later at The Boeing Company. Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He previously served on the Aerospace Industries Association's (AIA) board of governors, and is a past space executive steering committee and space & astronautics advisory committee chair of the Aerospace Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).

Jim Maser is Senior Vice President of Aerojet Rocketdyne's Space Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for leading the design, development, test and manufacturing for launch and space propulsion systems. Mr. Maser has more than 32 years of global aerospace experience and leadership, spanning entrepreneurial space launch, human spaceflight as well as commercial and military jet engines. He previously served as president of James G. Advisors, LLC, a strategy, leadership and technical execution consulting firm. Prior to that, he held a number of roles within Pratt & Whitney between 2006 and 2017, including vice president of the F135 engine program and president of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, where he was responsible for the design, manufacture and performance of power and propulsion systems across numerous platforms. A long-time leader in the aerospace industry, Mr. Maser has extensive experience in program management, design and engineering leadership. Beginning with the Boeing Delta and Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle programs in structural design, he became lead of advanced studies in systems integration and was one of the key architects of the evolution of Delta II to Delta IV. In 1998, he transitioned to chief engineer of Sea Launch. Before joining McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) in the 1980s, he was a research fellow at NASA/Lewis (now Glenn) Research Center. Mr. Maser graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering. He later received a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2000, the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) honored him with its George M. Low Space Transportation Award. Additionally, he currently serves on the board of trustees and is the immediate past president of AIAA. Mr. Maser also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Firefly Aerospace Inc. He previously served on the board of directors of the Space Foundation as well as the California Chamber of Commerce.

John Schumacher is Senior Vice President of Washington Operations and Communications. He is responsible for developing aerospace and defense-focused government relations and communications for Aerojet Rocketdyne. Mr. Schumacher also serves as President of the Aerojet Rocketdyne Foundation. Mr. Schumacher came to Aerojet Rocketdyne from EADS NA where he was responsible for providing Astrium's global space capabilities to North America. He led the creation of Astrium Americas and served as its first president, providing customers with a unique, commercial approach to Astrium's telecommunications, geo-information, space transportation and satellite capabilities. Prior to joining EADS NA, Mr. Schumacher was vice president of Washington Operations for Aerojet. He was responsible for leading and expanding Aerojet's activities with the Department of Defense, NASA and other U.S. government, private sector and military customers. In particular, he guided key efforts in the growth of Aerojet's space, strategic, missile defense and tactical missile programs. Mr. Schumacher also led efforts to increase aerospace corporate support to not-for-profits and academia. His career encompasses a broad range of military, civil and commercial aerospace experience. Mr. Schumacher was Chief of Staff at NASA from 2003-2005 during a fundamental redirection of America's space program and the agency's return to human spaceflight. He served as NASA's Associate Administrator for External Relations from 1994-2003, where he led the agency's efforts to expand cooperative programs in science, technology and human spaceflight with industry and government partners across the globe. Prior to NASA, he engaged in corporate practice at the New York law firm of Rogers & Wells. Mr. Schumacher's naval service includes assignments on USS GUADALCANAL and the space and electronic warfare directorates of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Chief of Naval Operations Staff. He also commanded four naval reserve units. Mr. Schumacher graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1976 and received a Master of Arts from Georgetown University in 1984. He earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia University in 1987 and a certificate with honors in International and Foreign Law. He is a member of the New York Bar, Surface Warfare Association, U.S. Naval Institute and AIAA. Mr. Schumacher serves as Vice President, Finance for the International Academy of Astronautics. He also serves as a Trustee for NDIA and member of their Audit Committee. He previously served on the board of Living Savior Lutheran Church and the Virginia Governor's Aerospace Advisory Council. Mr. Schumacher's awards include the Senior Executive Service Presidential Rank (Distinguished and Meritorious), the Distinguished Service Medal (NASA's highest award), and the Department of Defense Legion of Merit. Mr. Schumacher was born in New York City. He and his wife, Adrienne, reside in Northern Virginia. They have three children: John, Mark and Kristen.

Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2022. In this role, Mr. Chontos manages all legal functions, including corporate, governance, litigation, employment, environmental, intellectual property, and other legal and regulatory compliance matters for both Aerojet Rocketdyne and Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. He joined the company in 2018 as Deputy General Counsel and also served as Acting General Counsel in early 2022. Mr. Chontos has an extensive legal background, having previously served as Division Counsel at Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, Maryland, and as Vice President and General Counsel at Electric Boat Corporation in Groton, Connecticut for 14 years. Early in his career, he was an associate and then partner at Jenner & Block in Washington, D.C. He began his legal career as an officer in the U.S. Army serving in the Office of the General Counsel of the Army at the Pentagon. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and the University of Virginia.

Tyler Evans is Senior Vice President of Aerojet Rocketdyne's Defense Business Unit. The Rocket Shop's mission is to develop a pipeline of integrated technologies for products in the tactical, missile defense and strategic systems segments, including propulsion, power and armaments. The Rocket Shop℠ also is working to define and develop new opportunities to expand AR's capability and presence. Mr. Evans' career encompasses 28 years of successful experience in the aviation and defense industry, with 21 years at Pratt & Whitney (P&W) assuming roles of increasing responsibility. He previously led the international programs and business development organization in P&W's Military Engine Division with responsibility for defining, developing and implementing strategies to meet customer requirements in more than 30 countries. Mr. Evans also held executive leadership positions as program executive director for the F135 engine for the F-35 Lightning II, and the F119 engine for the F-22 Raptor. He began his career as a combustion engineer working advanced programs across P&W's product portfolio, including military, commercial, industrial and rocket engines. Mr. Evans received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1990. He earned a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University in 1992. Additionally, he received dual Master of Business Administration degrees from Purdue University's Krannert School of Business and ESCP-EAP European School of Management in Paris, France in 2004. Mr. Evans has led high performing teams that have been recognized for industry awards such as the Aviation Week Laureate Award, Secretary of Defense Performance Based Logistics Award and the Program Excellence Award. He is also a member of the Virginia Tech Academy of Aerospace Engineering Excellence and holds a U.S. patent for a low emission combustor. Mr. Evans and his wife, Christine, live in Huntsville, Alabama with their two daughters.
