ANNA CONNER

ANNA CONNER + CO is a dance company based in Seattle,WA. ACC has been presented/commissioned by Velocity Dance Center, On the Boards, Judson Church Movement Research and Conduit (Portland) among others. Conner has received residencies with Velocity Dance Center and Berlin's Ponderosa Dance. ACC invites audiences into tangible, multifaceted worlds to get lost in. Mariko Nagashima of Seattle Dances writes, "she's certainly adept at constructing intricate choreography, but what sets Conner's work apart is the attention she pays to the environment in which she frames the movement". The Oregon Arts Watch describes their work as "toughly erotic choreography with great skill." Anna was named a featured artist to watch in Berlin's Kaltblut Art/Fashion/Media magazine 2014.
