Cameron Eilts

Since 2011, Dr. Eilts has helped patients with acutely sprained ankles, diabetic limb care, and more. His focus is to understand his patients, find their pain, and treat it using nonsurgical or surgical techniques. Dr. Eilts enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing, and golf. He also enjoys writing book chapters, lecturing, and volunteering.

Dr. Akhil Sastry

Dr. Akhil Sastry is a board-certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee joint replacement and robotic assisted surgery. Widely renowned for his work with MAKO technology, Dr. Sastry is credited as the 1 st Master Surgeon of Robotic Surgery in New England. He is recognized as the first surgeon to have performed a robotic-assisted total knee replacement in New Hampshire and Maine, and was among the first 15 surgeons to perform this operation worldwide. He has since performed over 1,000 robotic-assisted knee replacements. Dr. Sastry is also a pioneer of the direct anterior approach for total hip replacements. He was the first surgeon in the Seacoast to introduce this minimally invasive, muscle-sparing approach back in 2010 and has performed over 1,500 hip replacements! Dr. Sastry continues to educate and advance the field of robotic surgery through podium presentations, journal publications, and hands-on training.

Dr. Andrew Lehn

Dr. Andrew Lehn is a board-certified interventional pain management provider. In addition to his board certification in pain management, he remains board-certified in anesthesiology. Dr. Lehn offers a comprehensive understanding of both chronic and acute pain. Dr. Lehn moved to New Hampshire from Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is passionate about personal fitness and is an avid participant in the Spartan race and enjoys running local races as well.

Dr. Andrew McMahon

Since 2012, Dr. Andrew McMahon has served the seacoast community as a Primary Care Sports Medicine provider and was voted Top Doctor for Sports Medicine by New Hampshire Magazine in 2022. Specializing in sports-related injuries, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and concussion care; he provides treatment to patients of all ages and abilities. Dr. McMahon offers an individualized approach to patient care aiming to diagnose the problem, identify the root cause, and then provide the path to recovery. Dr. McMahon is a team physician for a number of local high schools and helps to develop concussion policy for several school districts. He is a former team physician for the US Freestyle Ski Team, the University of New Hampshire, the University of Southern Maine, and the Portland Pirates Hockey Team. When Dr. McMahon is not treating patients, he can often be found riding his mountain bike or skiing with his wife and three kids.

Dr. Glen Crawford

Dr. Glen Crawford is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in trauma and fracture care. Since joining the practice in 2011, he has continued to offer exceptional service to Seacoast residents. In 2003, Orthopaedics Overseas (a division of HVO, Health Volunteers Overseas) awarded Dr. Crawford the prestigious "Volunteer Surgeon of the Year Award" in recognition of his extensive volunteer work in Tanzania. He has since traveled there over 17 times, providing patient care and introducing orthopedic technology to local physicians and hospitals. As a result of his hard work and dedication to patient care, Dr. Crawford was named a Top Orthopedic Surgeon by New Hampshire Magazine in 2022.

Dr. Mayo Noerdlinger

Dr. Mayo Noerdlinger, a partner since 2003 and Orthopaedic Surgeon at Atlantic, specializes in shoulder surgery-both Arthroscopic Shoulder Surgery & Shoulder Replacements. Dr. Noerdlinger has been voted Top Orthopedic Surgeon by New Hampshire Magazine in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
