(BAYADA) would like to remind our clients, employees, the media, and the general public that BAYADA is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity and as such, BAYADA does not support or oppose any political candidate or political party. BAYADA is a member of a number of home health care industry organizations that conduct helpful activities to promote access to high-quality home health care which have nothing to do with partisan politics. However, if those other organizations are not charitable organizations, they may have the legal right to also engage in partisan political activity.
