Ed is an Owner/Managing Partner in The Wormald Companies overseeing all aspects of the Wormald organization. Ed's particular focus day to day is on corporate operations, business strategy and financial management. With 26 years of experience and a Virginia Class A general contractor's license, Ed manages the condominium, used home, office, mixed-use, and multi-family projects design, construction, operations, sales and leasing. As a graduate of Virginia Tech and CIU, and a registered Professional Engineer in four states, Ed heads up the engineering, project approvals, land acquisition and new business development for all new residential and commercial projects. Ed is on the Board of four homeowners associations and is President of two of them. Ed's work experience prior to joining the family business included the design and construction management of multi-million-dollar municipal projects for international firms such as Camp Dresser and McKee and the Parsons Corporation. He is on a Maryland Senate committee and is a Board Member of two charitable organizations. As a father of six children, a hobby farmer, a respected soccer coach, a church member and a boy scout leader, Ed is very active in community life.

Ken is an Owner/Managing Partner in The Wormald Companies overseeing all aspects of the Wormald organization. Ken's focus is on the front end of the business which includes business development, architecture, marketing, and sales team management. Ken also spearheads the firm's senior living and general brokerage work. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University, and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, and a Master of Christian Studies from Regent College. Ken is active in various industry associations, serves on the board of directors of two homeowners associations, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute, Baltimore. As a Human Rights and Religious Freedom Correspondent in the office of U.S. Congressman Christopher Smith and having served on the Board of Directors of the Fourth Presbyterian School, Ken enjoys giving giving back to the community. In his spare time he has been a Coach for various children's teams in Montgomery County and resides with his wife and three children in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Robert is an Owner/Managing Partner in The Wormald Companies overseeing all aspects of the Wormald organization. He has over 30 years experience in the building industry, beginning in 1982 after graduating from Dickinson College. Robert's particular focus day to day is on the land development and residential construction operations of the Wormald Group. He is two-time Vice President of the Frederick County Builders Association and a member of the National Association of Home Builders Builder 20 Club. He has worked on several Habitat for Humanity homes and Christmas in April projects. He holds homebuilder licenses in Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania and holds his Maryland Home Improvement Contractors license. He also serves on the board of directors for two homeowners associations. A widely respected coach of boys' soccer in the Frederick area, Robert lives with his wife and three children in Ijamsville, Maryland.
